Loved the location, not far from all the shops and supermarkets. Loved the cleanliness and relaxed vibe it gave. Buffet Breakfast was well worth it and the customer service we receive from everyone was exceptional. Thank you for making our Anniversary Weekend that extra special.
The paid parking is a down side however we paid $11 a night in the public’s parking area 3 mins walk from the hotel which was perfect. There were no laundry facilities however there was a laundromat literally next door.

I've been to several hotels, and this one has been the best so far. The room is impeccable. We were celebrating, and they gave us an incredible surprise in our room. What they offer guests exceeded my expectations. The restaurant's breakfast is delicious, offering everything, and the food is also incredibly delicious. If you need to clean your clothes, You can find a laundry place less than a minute's walk away.
If you're travelling by car, be sure to reserve parking; it's extremely small and doesn't have many spaces. You can also find public parking nearby, just consider your budget and what works best for you. Keep in mind that this place is close to the airport, not the city, so you'll need to consider how to get to the city. It's a good place if you have a car.

The Holiday Inn in Frankton was a great location with easy access to local amenities shops restaurants etc. Queenstown itself not far away close to our daughter who we were visiting. Our room with sitting room bedroom and bathroom was spacious and comfortable with great views. Quiet with everything we needed. We would recommend the hotel for short or long term stays you will be comfortable and with an excellent team of staff well looked after. Thank you.
We would request a lower floor on our next visit or and a balcony as we stayed for three weeks with great weather and outside space would have been perfect.

The room was well-appointed, quiet and calming. Lovely layout and furnishings. Perfect location. Easy check in and check out. Staff were all professional yet warm and super-friendly at the same time. Beds so comfortable. Beautiful bathroom. The breakfast is amazing, really varied and delicious.
My only criticism would be to add champagne flutes, proper tea cups instead of just mugs, and basic utensils such as a knife, fork, spoon and a decent-sized plate. And a bottle or two of spring water for drinking and maybe the kettle and coffee machine. Getting water from the bathroom is a turn-off.

Location and closer to airy
Apart from one concierge staff member at check-in who neither greeted us properly nor provided a warm welcome, the rest of the team demonstrated excellent hospitality—clearly explaining breakfast and dinner times to other guests. In contrast, we were simply told the room rate and asked for payment, with no further information or pleasantries. In comparison, we were warmly welcomed by both Sudima and Kamana hotels, where we even received a birthday card. At this hotel, we also noticed a stained mug in our room. When no one responded to the phone line, we had to visit the reception in person. Fortunately, we were assisted by a lovely staff member named Emma, who promptly arranged for fresh mugs and even provided a card and a drinks voucher to make our stay more special.

The location was fantastic, overlooking the Remarkables mountains right from the room window! It was clean and all facilities in the room felt premium. The breakfast spread and service was great too! Proximity to airport was good and the room service was good as well.
Not value for money, I could probably get a cheaper place with similar views and could be closer to city. You need to have a car or use public transport to reach Queenstown city centre which takes 30 mins. Also for the price I paid, I expected the breakfast to be inclusive of the price!

Hotel was amazing, very clean rooms with a very modern design. Buffet breakfast was 10/10 and had amazing variety. Lovely cinema next door which was perfect to do after dinner in the restaurant. Vegetarian options not too bad for dinner and buffet.
Elevator was a bit of a hassle- would scan the card and press the button and not work so would have to repeat a few times. Dressing gown was very tough and not very soft of comfy. We noticed a lot of nice vegetarian food on the old menu, but had been updated the week we arrived and options were much less!

This modern, recently built hotel is extremely comfortable and well appointed. The rooms are quite spacious with very good beds, selection of pillows and clean, upmarket bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was very good - make sure you ask for a barista-made coffee though rather than the machine one! It's slightly cheaper to book ahead. The location is in a shopping area close to the airport. So that's convenient for a night when you fly in or before you fly out. Would not be a good base for a Queenstown holiday though as it's not a scenic location and quite a distance from town.

Everything about this stay was good - had an awesome room, nice facilities and an awesome view. Cannot pinpoint to mention anything specific. We stayed here for 2 nights and was very comfortable. Had lot of options of restaurant near the Hotel (if not opting for the Hotel food).
Hotel Free parking was very limited (outside parking). Hotel parking (underground parking) was available, however, at $20 per day charge. Found it a bit unreasonable as the stay charges weren't cheap. However, the staff mentioned that there is a cheaper alternate option of parking (outside parking) at $10 per day right next to the property. Booking.com had mentioned that Netflix access was included in the stay. However, noticed that it was not. Didn't check with the Hotel staff as we didn't mind it.

Excellent buffet with brilliant wait staff. Spotless clean room and linen. Apart from the obstructed view, rest of our stay was very good.
Really disappointed with the view from our room which was 80% obstructed by the large pillar that forms the Holiday Inn sign. Only had a small 2 foot sliver of the window accessible to see the views of the mountain. Photos attached. Also at this price point, you would expect to have parking available on premises but the available parking can become fully booked out and you are forced to park in a public carpark a short walk away.
