We rented out the 2 bedroom unit with private bathroom for 4 days. We had 2 incline single rocking chairs and a 3 seater couch in the living room with sky TV including skymovies and cartoon network, Cartoon Network etc for the kids. The lounge is open plan and opens up to a full size dining table with 6 chairs and a cute kitchen with a full size 4 stove tops and oven with everything ready to cook (Sauce pan and frying pan and 2 large oven dishes). There is complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate, sugar and soaps and body wash in the bathroom. The staff are so helpful considering i had a son with autism and they are always asking or checking in if anything is needed. Customer service and hospitality is 100 here and you feel so welcomed. The best thing they have here is their guest laundry room which has a washing machine and dryer to use for Free with complimentary washing powder . The room lock hook was a favourite feature of the front door as it stopped my son whos on the spectrum from running off. Free wifi and fresh towels and daily room cleaning by lovely staff

There wasnt much things to do onsite with 2 primary kids on holiday but the timaru botanical gardens is just a 5 min walk down the road and has huge playground to play with shouldnt matter.

The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and well fitted out. We really appreciated the free use of a laundry after 10 days of travel. It was good to have hot plates available so we could relax and cook after so many take-outs. The shower and bathroom were wonderful.Parking was easy, right outside our apartment. The staff, a delight.

It was probably just our room but the mattress was very soft and spongy so that I awoke with a sore back. But that was the ONLY bad thing about our stay. We would definitely use this wonderful motel again.

What we like is that it only a single story motel so you can just park outside your room. The room is big, clean and spacious. They also provide heated blanket which is so nice as the weather is so cold. The room came with kitchen so we cook during our stay there.

Need to drive about 10mins to nearest Pak'nsave supermarket and eateries but its ok for us since we drive.

Lovely little one bedroom apartment with everything you need. The owners are lovely and everything is super clean and comfy - especially the bed. Although it was on the main road, it was quiet. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need including microwave, stovetop, pots, plates and utensils. There is also a free laundry for guests on the premises! I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing I didn't like really - just that the tea mugs and drinking glasses are tiny and so I went and bought some bigger ones to use while i was there.

Basic motel that provides everything for our short transit. Parking is convenient as right outside the unit, has laundry & bbq facility. Love the toilet spacious size & water pressure is solid. Location is convenient as near to everywhere else that we need to go.

Interior feels a bit dated, but this is just personal preference.

The people doing the cleaning did a fantastic job, however they are on a tight timeframe so expect to have them bust into your room at anytime.

Very comfortable unit. Felt like home, even down to the furniture. Lovely soft before. Quite location. Staff very friendly. When we come to Timaru again. We will definitely stay here again

The only thing we didn't like, was there was no remote for the TV and the volume was very quiet. We couldn't even hear TV.

The motel exceeded our expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with excellent shower pressure. The living area was spacious, and it even had an additional bed in the living room for extra convenience.

I can't even put into words how beautiful Pam ( & Brett) were and how accommodating they (and their staff) were for me during a very tragic bereavement for myself. My room was perfect, I could still operate my business remotely using the extremely reliable wifi, the kitchen facilities were far more than adequate and the cleaning services each day were faultless. Room 15 tucked away down the back nicw, quiet and private. Thank you so much to the staff for being respectful of my needs. When I come back home again there is no way Im staying anywhere else, not while these people are the owners. what I didn't like was... That I had to leave to return to the reality of life and that Pam made me cry when I left. I have never cried leaving a motel with the owner standing at the gate waving goodbye, who is ever that dam kind?

There was a note in the kitchen advising that if we didn’t wash and dry the dishes we would be charged $50! I get the sentiment but it was a bit harsh
