We stayed here twice, once as we headed south then again as we headed north. The property is sloping, as are most in the area, but it is not as steep as others. Parking is at the end of the property. The property is on the main highway and the first time we found it quiet but the second time we experienced some traffic noise.

The property is near a shopping centre within walking distance but returning with shopping from the supermarket is up the hill so you wish you had driven!

The house was spacious and very tidy. All the large windows provided me with the perfect spots to paint, and the table large enough for me to also have room to eat. The kitchen is also quite large with all the amenities you would need for an extended stay. The staff and owners are lovely, incredibly helpful and have the cutest puppy. I felt welcomed, cosy, and looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend

The staff were lovely, very welcoming and provided recommendations for dinner in town. The room was large, comfortable, clean and warm!

As the room we stayed in was right at the front of the property and on the busy road, there was a lot of traffic noise and light through the curtains. Other rooms wouldn’t be impacted by this so it’s just the luck of the draw

To our surprise we had a three bedroom house at the rear of the complex. Excellent accomodation, spacious, clean and well maintained. Motel is walking distance to Caroline Bay and there are a number of Hotels and Cafes close by. Staff were very helpfull on arrival.

It was super convenient to the pool where we had our event. It was perfect for what we needed, clean and tidy with onsite parking.

This property is right on the main road, so it wouldn’t be good for light sleepers. It didn’t really bother us though but worth considering for someone who needs more quiet.

The rooms were nice and the bed was comfy. We had a good night and it was really good that we could bring our little dog.

The room has dishes but the only place to wash them is in the bathroom sink. It's not a terrible thing, just a minor inconvenience.

There is a log burner in the house, unable to use during our visit, maybe gets used during cold winter months only.

The motel was quite spacious for four adults. It was far enough from the main street that it was quiet.

The dining table was too small for four adults and there was no couch, so had to sit on double bed in main living area.

The house was excellent :) Had a lovely big living room with everything you need in kitchen etc.... Would be happy to stay for longer, just great would stay again! Bed a bit uncomfortable for me!! This room is perfect for families

Great location, within easy walking to city centre, and Caroline Bay. On main Rd with easy access. Older motel, has cooking facilities if needed, excellent value
