The property was exceptionally clean and was like brand new (approx 7years old. The Hostess and owner was very hospitable and recommended a local restaurant which met our requirements very nicely. The property is situated on a promontory overlooking the harbour. The living room looked over the harbour through large floor to ceiling windows. We could have stayed longer.

There were no aspects we didn't like.

The accommodation was roomier and more comfortable than expected .The location was quiet and next to a lovely coastal stroll as well as being right beside Caroline Bay. We saw dolphins in the bay which the host went out of her way to show to us. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was very tasty and well cooked. The orange juice was an unexpected treat and the bread for the toast freshly made. We’d definitely recommend and return to.

Great location in Timaru. Close to centre of town yet in a quiet cul de sac away from traffic noise. Easy to access and parking great. Facilities extremely comfortable enabling for ease of relaxation. Great hostess who greeted us, was friendly and most hospitable. Access to great walking track a bonus. Breakfast was exceptional.

Absolutely everything. Rosemary was lovely, the apartment was spotless, warm, and the view was impressive. Breakfast was a lovely surprise. Eggs, bacon and tomatoes cooked just right. Really didn’t want to leave

Pleasant View was an unexpected surprise. The location was very picturesque with an awesome view over Caroline Bay and right next to a lovely walk. There is a large comfy lounge and breakfast/kitchen area for guests and our room had a great view. Breakfast was hearty with homemade bread, and our host was lovely. well worth the stay.

Wonderful views over the bay, host made us very welcome, lovely bedroom and facilities, comfortable bed! The sitting room was very well appointed with a big seating area to relax if want, also lovely space in bedroom. On a path to walk into the main town, took about half hour, through a park.

The views were totally spectacular, such a quiet.and very secluded location with a beautiful walking track around to the beach. The room and quality of the facilities was excellent sparkling clean with superior attention to detail and so warm and welcoming. The friendly yet still private layout was perfect in every way. The breakfast was delicious and so well coordinated to suit our plan. Rosemary had such a kind and genuine way to make us feel very comfortable.We look forward to our next visit and 100% highly recommend on every aspect.

The breakfast was excellent. Bacon eggs tomato toast jams juice plus tea/coffee milk help yourself - fantastic views and just overall awesome

The location was great for us as we were able to head down the coast easily.

We found the bed was a double rather than a queen bed that we are used too. It wasn’t firm and we woke each other up as we turned over.

The view from this accomodation was outstanding! Extremely spacious, comfortable with the extra being provided...Books, DVDs, provisions for coffee and tea, information about the surrounding areas. This is definitely a place I would love to book for a week of relaxation, peace and tranquility. Perfect breakfast and host.
