Off street parking, very comfortable large bed, comfortable lounge chairs, spa bath, kitchentte and all the sky channels on TV. Fluffy robes and slippers. Lovely plunger coffee.

On the top storey of three. No lift. Bit of a climb. Noisy road however the windows are double glazed so you can't hear it if you keep the door closed. No shampoo and conditioner. I thought there would be a view of the ocean from the room. Instead it faces the distant mountains.

Probably the newest motel type premises. Comfortable, lovely chairs and bed, nice balcony and views of mountains (with snow to top it off).. I travel to Timaru regularly and this place seldom disappoints.

There’s a sign in the kitchen area stating that all dishes must be washed and dried or a $50 charge will be applied- I wonder if that is necessary? Maybe one at reception might be better? Or perhaps if it’s a big deal maybe install dishwashers? We didn’t eat in the room but the sign was off-putting.

The location was easy to find. We were arriving really late and they accommodated that with a smile. The unit was roomy and was just what we wanted to relax in. It was really clean and the towels were extremely soft. The shower was large and had good pressure. To drop off the key early was clear and convenient. The staff were exceptional.

There was some little things like the drawers in the bathroom cabinet had some water damage and there were a few marks on the carpet. The sofa bed was also very firm to sit in however they had other chairs to sit in.

This place is near the southern end of Timaru so it was easy to find as we drove north. A lovely warm welcome. Fabulous unit on the first floor (above Ground floor) with sunset views. We loved the spacious, well lit, warm, clean, and well appointed unit, and would like to return on our next journey south.

Wow what can we say, the room was spotless. We had just come from 3 different 5 star chains thinking it was going to be a downgrade. We were seriously wrong. Hats off to the management and staff I also left medication behind in the fridge, they went absolutely above and beyond to get it couriered to me. Absolutely exceptional!!!!

Loved the sunny balcony and kitchen and bathroom facilities and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable over our 17 day tour of the South Island.

Loved being upstairs but it was extremely difficult to pull our luggage up all those stairs! ( two of our group had knee injuries) Perhaps staff should offer to do that for older travelers.

Staff / owners were beyond brilliant - ready to go out of their way when I thought I had a car issue at the start of my trip. Huge room with all the stuff to make it easy to arrange yourself for recovering from travelling and prepare for the next day.

Moving my suitcase and numerous cases up a few flights of stairs - but know this would be the case.

I’mi liked the location as was heading to Dunedin the following morning. It was very clean, with a comfortable bed and nice spa bath.

Glasses were above my reach, required to stand on a chair to get one. I am a fit 68 yr old but not ideal. I couldn’t find any shampoo or conditioner.

Very comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and cosy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower pressure was great.

It was just slightly difficult getting luggage up and down the stairs, when staying on the top floor (those only staying for a night wouldn't have an issue). And there was no separate body wash and shampoo/conditioner, just a single unnamed container in the shower - presumed it was body wash.

Loved the size of our room, Bed was super comfy. Had a great view as we where on the top story. Staff at reception when I checked in was super friendly and made you feel very welcome, loved the spa bath in our room and the amazing pressure in the shower.
