When we first arrived we were greeted with the warmest and loveliest people. Straight away we had a chuckle and they were so helpful. Our room was perfect as it was on the bottom floor and it was first room which made it easy and accessible for our baby gear. Ashbury is located in the perfect spot and is walking distance from Pak n Save, liquor store, Maccas, KFC and other food options. It’s a short drive to the main city centre and Caroline bay. It was super comfy and warm for our baby girl. She slept really well hopefully she didn’t cry too loud for our neighbours but they didn’t seemed bothered when they met her in the morning. We will definitely be back for sure!

Very nice and clean bed was a little uncomfatable as I have a back problem. The owner was very obliging and went out of his way to provide us with a lovely continental breakfast. The reason was that when we checked in, we were told that they no longer do breakfasts, but on booking.com, it stated breakfast was available.we were very grateful to the owner for going out of his way to make sure we got breakfast! Would recommend this motel and we will be back nice location 👍

There needs to be a rail or handle to hang on to when getting out of the shower. My mother in law found it challenging! More lighting options would be good.

The owner was nice and polite. The room was cleaned and everything was replaced every day. The owner was accommodating to needs of my child as i needed a bottom unit. Bed was comfy.

Internet reception was.bad. Didn't say it was 2 storey pl when booking.

Directions to car park not easily seen from main road Booking.com not reading payment terms. Payment was to be made at premises however message stating booking would be cancelled if not paid prior.

Clean, tidy and the staff very helpful.

The bathroom window sprung wide open, so it had to be closed during showering, the room got steamy, a fan would help.

The guy that was on was extremely friendly, understood that we'd be a little late and left the heat pump on so it would be warm when we arrived, nice cozy rooms and the beds were comfy too

Very comfortable one night stay. I was in top room closest to main road (SH1) so found traffic noise an ssue. Otherwise enjoyed my stay. Staff very friendly.

Great value and a wonderful Lady in reception who is a Gem. We would be more than happy to stay again if in the area. Entry is at the back of property which was a little confusing at first but it made it easy to enter and exit out of the main traffic flow. Overall, entrance from the back street is a blessing.

Rooms are warm in summer , no A/C or fan suplied. Windows open is fine , no problem with bugs.
