Very friendly staff, great suggestions and friendly tips for our stay. Perfect location for shops, bars, and food, close to Caroline Bay. Modern facilities with comfy beds, big TV, fresh milk, air con, spa bath and great shower. The spa helped sooth the body after a long motorcycle trip.

WE WERE BOOKED INTO AN UPPER ROOM BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE WAS NO LIFT TO THE UPPER FLOORS SO THE LADY ASKED US IF WE WOULD LIKE A GROUND FLOOR ROOM WHICH WE SAID YES. THAT WAS VERY DECENT OF HER AS MY WIFE HAD JUST HURT HER LEG AT A SHOPPING MAUL. WE HAD PARKING RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR ROOM. IT WAS A LOVELY VERY LARGE ROOM WHICH INCLUDED A LOT OF THINGS OTHER MOTELS DIDNT.

The units were beautiful and very clean..

Unfortunately the owner or whoever hadn’t taken into account that we had some that had handicaps! Our elderly lady had to walk up very steep stairs to her 1st floor room. I’m sure I requested a lower floor room for this reason. That was the only negative!

The location is perfect, easy to find when we arrived in Timaru, and there was still a person to help us check in when arrived at night. The unit was cosy with sufficient space for 5 adults.

One of the single bed had a mattress that slanted on one side, making it a little uncomfortable to sleep centre, but the pillows and sheets were good and clean.

Very mych appreciate the owner staying up till we arrived and very friendly and accommodating. The room was cosy, with a balcony and comfortable bed and everything was clean.

We were on the third level and found it hard climbing up the stairs with our bags. No lift but good exercise!

I didn't mind it but if you don't like been next to a main highway then you may need to find another room.

The accomadation was very good, but the bed mattress was too soft and made for uncomfortable sleep. athe motel is conveiently situated just off main road and within easy walking distance of Caroline Bay and there are lots of resturants and baars within 10-15 minutes walking. There was very little noise from road, rooms double glazed.

The woman who meet us at the office was wonderful, really nice and helpful. Our room was exactly what we ask for. Clean, the bed was super comfortable and the room spacious. Late checkout does come as a extra cost but totally worth it for a sleep in :)

We were only there for one night, the two motels side by side are operated by the same company. We ended up being booked into the other one. It was a good overnight stop, Clean and had everything you would expect. Reception lady was helpful when my booking didn't come up at this property.

They are on the main road so it was noisy when out the front but no noise once inside.

Everything - friendly check-in, beautiful spacious, clean and comfortable unit, generous daily top-ups of supplies, very reasonable cost and great location. Thank you!
