Spacious room & bathroom, well equipped kitchen separated from the rest of the room by a door, furnishing was great, had a big comfy sofa and coffee table, hairdryer, ironing board, wardrobe, and complimentary bottle of milk (none of those miserly capsule milk). Generous supply of towels. Shower was nice. Location is just a 2-minute stroll to the food trucks which open at 5pm till late, and a short walk to the rest of the town and the waterfront where all the restaurants, and cafes are located. Very convenient. Lady host was warm and welcoming.

Parking is limited and tight. We parked on the street. Luckily you can park for free on the street in front of the motel from 5pm to 10am the next morning. Entry to room is via a kitchen door which had a glass panel insert, so there is a lack of privacy when you are in the kitchen or when the door connecting to the bedroom is left open.

The location was great and it wasn't a far walk from the main I-site. We arrived a little before check in time and because the rooms were ready, Alana kindly allowed us to check in early without any surcharge or fee. She was also easy to contact and reach through the Booking.com app with prompt responses. She also gave us a free ride back to the I-site when she saw that we had rather heavy suitcases.

So handy to everything. Nice to be in walking distance to the shops.

We've never seen a sign in a motel where it says you will be charged $100 if you don't do your dishes before! Relying on guests to leave things spic and span is a bit risky. One of the cups was already dirty so we had to wash it before we could use it. Therefore, not sure this rule is best practise for ensuring cleanliness for the next guest?

We did think it quite expensive initially but considering accommodation in Wanaka was at a premium we were lucky to have somewhere to stay and the above mentioned positives were a bonus.

The room was comfortable, lovely and private with a great outlook to a stream, bushes and a distant lake view. We loved the location as it was close to the town centre and waterfront so we could walk everywhere.

The room was dated but the room rate took this into account and everything was in good condition.

Everything was perfect about Asure Brookvale. It's a great location being just a few minutes walk to the Wanaka shops and the supermarket. It had parking outside the door of our unit. The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped. We enjoyed having a takeout dinner on the lawn outside our patio area. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay at Asure again and for longer next time.

Such a great location! Walk to everything in Wānaka, then short drive to all attractions and perfect for a Cadrona ski trip. Made our holiday with family and friends a breeze. Rooms are toasty, quiet and comfy beds . Owners are so friendly and knowledgeable about the area .

Needed to hv side light near bed in lounge by window. Also side tables by the couch for placing drinks etc would be great. A small side table in bedroom next to bed to place a book and glass of water etc would be helpful. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Location friendly hosts. Not sure if beds were yo be turned over each day ? Very helpful hosts plenty of milk on arrival etc for the children which was helpful I also had a parking fine which the hosts were happy to assist with following payment of the fine saved a lot of hassle

Heating a little hit or miss...but all else great

Hotel is located just a short walk down to the lake. Across the road is where the food trucks are, which is actually a great alternative for an evening meal. Room itself is clean and warm, if a little small.

Nothing really comes to mind, except parking actually outside your room might be tricky, but there is plenty of parking space and the road outside as well
