Nice room, but lack of essentials as extra toilet paper and coffee machine

We booked a family room four two adults and two teens. On arrival we realized that the room had two beds and a tiny sofa. After a long waiting time we got upgraded to a better room with four proper beds.

We got the room in the newer part of the hotel and we appreciated it. It was spacious enough, bed was comfy, bathroom clean and simple. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and there are 3 restaurants in the hotel, so you don't need to go anywhere for your evening meal, which was quite convenient, given the long weekend and that most facilities around were closed.

No fridge in the room. Parking facilities independent of the hotel so you need to register to another service to pay for the parking.

Good location and very clean! We were on honeymoon and we received a nice surprise in our room as well as upgrade! Thank you for this beautiful gesture. Very clean and modern! Breakfast standard. Location good but we were a bit disappointed with Sogndal as a location in general.

Room is clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, water in the shower had great pressure, parking was plentiful (though not free), and front desk staff made check-in quick and friendly.

Parking is not free, which seemed unnecessary given the location and space

Overall a good experience. Great room, and a fabulous, pub restaurant within the building. Bar was relaxing and well stocked, with huge outdoor seating area, with wonderful views

Always a bit of a bugbear of mine when you have to pay to park at a hotel, so bear this in mind if you stay here. In no way would it stop me staying here, as it is a great hotel, but still annoying.

Great modern (corporate) hotel in a good location in Sogndal. Breakfast very good, large breakfast room and easily able to cope with the coach parties staying.

Everything was good. Only problem i faced was the bed kept moving.

Large, clean, and modern room with a huge walk-in shower. Nice to have a tv with streaming available to watch things off our phones. Superb breakfast.

Nice room, good beds. Central location.

The restaurants. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was awful. Two menues of the list were unavailable (both involving gorgonzola cheese). The pizza I finally ordered had gorgonzola on it (4 stagioni), which means the pizza was prepacked and frozen and not freshly made! The breakfast room was overloaded with people, like everywhere in Norway. Unpleasant.
