The location was fantastic, just a one-minute walk from the old town and two minutes from the bus/tram station. The hotel provided everything we needed, and the staff was lovely. Being full of families with children, this hotel is a great recommendation for large families, as the kids (and parents) seemed to have a lot of fun in the lobby! We loved the convenience of water coolers on every floor for refills. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

For those who prefer a firmer sleeping surface, the bed was quite soft. This didn't impact our holiday negatively at all, but it's a point to consider if you have specific needs. We also experienced the room being a bit warm, and it would be helpful to understand how the temperature is managed during the summer.

The hotel is located just around the corner from the Old Town and the canals — the most popular spots in Gdańsk. Excellent breakfast with a buffet — I love this kind of breakfast. The rooms are comfortable even for 4 people, including 2 children. The bathroom is convenient, and there’s a kettle, tea, water from a cooler in the corridor, and a carafe in the room. There is a parking area for cars and a nice lobby where you can play ping-pong, console games, and table football. There’s also a bar and a restaurant.

Well maintained facilities with good beds and a location close to the city center, and relatively easy to access with car. Nice and helpful staff.

Some guests had parked in an unprofessional way outside of the marked lines causing bo free space for us. We were told to temporary place the car in a non marked area which solved the issue that time. Would have been nice with bacon to the breakfast, but the sausages were a wery good substitute anyway.

Good place, in the heart of old town of Gdansk. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, everything. And quite at the same time. Perfect for children, have small playground and play area inside (when the weather is too hot or rainy). Special thanks to the staff addressing our difficulties with lost luggage (by air company), there were extremely helpful with calling airport services and speaking Polish with them. Unfortunately didn't help, that's understandable, out of their control. they made all they can.

Would be great to see kid's pencils in play area to be sharpened...

children and family-friendly environment. The staff was very helpful - Reception person, breakfast team and cleaning person. At the night time, the AC is not working in my room. So the reception person immediately helped us to shift into another room and understand family comfort. Thanks a lot to Blonde reception man. The reception staff helped us to understand the map and directions to reach centrum/ tourist location. Morning warm breakfast is good. Crosaint and cake are fantastic. overall we enjoyed the stay. my family likes it Novotel hotel stay.

Every day have the same breakfast menu. Expecting a vegetarian menu for breakfast.

I loved the location - right next to Old Town. The staff at the front desk were friendly & efficient. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, a fridge provided as well as a kettle & coffee/tea. I loved that there was a carafe in the room & filtered cold water just down the hallway. They had umbrellas available to use on what was a very rainy day.

The shower had curved doors that opened in the middle and quite a substantial amount of water would leak out onto the bathroom floor that was unable to be cleaned up with just the bathmat.

The hotel was good ,the people in reception friendly and always smile when they serve you , the breakfast was always good with many different meals 👍 almost everything were near the hotel like restaurants, coffee, shops,ice cream places, pharmacy,disco, museums...and Commercial center it s about 10 minutes walking name forum Big place there are fast food restaurants like KFC, McDonald's, burger king ....and clothes shops.

Ideal location. Right next to the center, but the hotel area is quiet and peaceful. The hotel has a large fenced garden where guests can enjoy a peaceful rest or children can play. Cafe with the opportunity to enjoy a meal in the hotel garden. Great for families with children. The room is clean and the air conditioner is working. Excellent, rich and varied breakfast

The entry and exit system from the hotel parking lot could be improved.

Breakfast was exellent, the rooms are quiet, clean, bathrooms are clean, location is great as well.

I noticed some elecrical wires under the table close to the TV, so i would not recommend the room for little kids, though for adults its not a problem. Parking lot was a bit little, so rarely you can find a place to park

The hotel it self is located in a very nice place, it's walking distance from the canals, "5 min walk" yet not near enough to be hearing all the noise. the only downside is that there is no view, they have some excavations, and unfortunately there is no more view. The hotel manager is amazingly friendly and very courteous, cleanliness wise it's very clean and nice, the only down side for me was that the mattresses are soft foam, and I prefer hard ones.

when we asked for additional pillows, we were told there are in the room, and when we said we cant find them, the reception told us there isn't any :(, but to be fair, when we really thoroughly searched the room we did find 2 pillows, but it was funny to get an answer of "No more Pillows for you"
