Barbara answered my late and panicked phone call from the airport. She spoke and understood English very well and she was calming and reassuring that there would be no problem with a very late check in due to a delayed arrival flight. When our UBER driver drove to the wrong place because the Booking.com listing address is incorrect, I called Barbara again and she was able to direct our driver to the proper location. She was just as easily able to speak to me in English as she was to speak to our UBER driver in Portuguese. The next morning she was still on duty and easily helped us navigate the train route we needed to continue our journey. I am grateful that the phone number was listed correctly so I could call for assistance. The breakfast was EXCELLENT and held during great times, 7:30-10:30.

The breakfast was okay, sadly there was not that much variety of food just like in other Holiday Inn Hotels(in different countries not within Portugal). The Room were clean and quite but in the otherhand the single-bed felt a little bit narrow. Bus stop is just in front of the Hotel which is a plus point, there is also an ATM on the right side which can be handy while that is the only possibility to buy a ticket on the bus. Shopping Center is 8-10 minutes walk from the Hotel (Alegro Alfragide)

Breakfast was great, different options and the expresso is acceptable. Parking is great for small cars, SUVs and other sized vehicles you struggle to park. It is easier to park out of office time hence advising guest on that beforehand would be great for example if check in is at 16:00 and at this time - it is difficult to park.

Sometimes the pick up area in front of the hotel has a car parked in a area to drop off guests hence most UBER and BOLT drivers and Taxis have to park in the BUS area because of that. That area should be only for temporary parking and if so it should be done in a way to allow at least two vehicles to stop in that area. Sometimes people park the car in a way that no one else can park. I suggest to create a different type of parking to allow cars to line up side by side and inform anyone in the surrounding areas these are not public parking places these are reserved for guests drop off

The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by plenty of shopping options and supermarkets, making it very convenient. It was also easy to find. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and having our room ready upon arrival made our stay so much smoother, especially since we were travelling with a baby. Overall, a great experience—I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

One area for improvement is security. It felt concerning that anyone could come and go freely without being a hotel guest.

First day we arrived 2 girls at the reception greeted us warmly, they were very helpful. Rooms are very comfortable including the bed, breakfast had wide options, internet is good and fast. I liked the service of the girls that worked a night shift. Very warm and helpful, they will gladly answer your questions especially if it is your first time in Portugal. Hotel should be proud to have workers like them.

It was a bit chilly during night, even though staff was very helpful and increased the heating as I asked 25 celsius degrees I still felt cold during night. Again staff is very helpful and they will help you out. Also, the toilet seat needed to be cleaned a bit better l, second day of our stay was cleaned nicely but first day i could have seen the smudges of a rag.

The room was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and directions and calling taxis for us when necessary.

The internet system was not functioning anywhere at the hotel (through no fault of the staff but because of a broken line). Since we had business to handle, that made doing some tasks difficult or impossible. I would have given the hotel a satisfaction rating of 10 if this problem had been resolved during our stay.

Good location. Comfortable beds and very clean bedroom. Highlight of the hotel would be tea, coffee and provided in the bedroom. That was an amazing surprise. The breakfast is also pretty good.

I was a bit disappointed with the outside noise that could be heard from the window closed. It disturbed the night sleep unfortunately, despite the walls being soundproof.

For the price a good breakfast, confortable room although small for two people and there's a bus station in front of the hotel which was very practical for me.

The expected (and previously requested and confirmed) time of check-in was set to 15h00, I arrived punctually at 15h00 and the room was still being cleaned so I had to wait during 45min to check into my room so I got late to the event I was attending.

Great location for my purpose of visiting Algés. Staff enormously helpful and professional, solving problems easily. Very nice breakfast, much better than I expected. Although there is some traffic we can hardly hear it from the rooms due to great sound insulation.

TV quite slow and had "block interference" that plagues so many digital channels. Beds mattress is a bit too hard.

The room has enough size to accommodate 3 persons. Parking is very tights, so be careful if you drive a big car. Breakfast is good (but I can't say it's awesome).

There is no restaurant in the hotel. There is a Burger King nearby, but I waited 50 minutes for my food there (it's not hotel's fault, but just be ready for this).
