Had an Amazing stay in the family apartment with a wonderful pool. It's a massive apartment all rooms kept well and clean only downfall was the kitchen it's needs updating and we had a leak in the kitchen next to the light which made the floor very slippery my little one had a fall we did tell them but nothing was done while we were there which was a shame but that hasn't put us off staying again it was absolutely beautiful just have to be very careful of the floors as they can be very very slippery with little ones and with the pool aswell. Has a great bbq area the rooms are all a great size and the views are lovely.

The apartment was very big, the staff was very friendly and the price was great.

The hot water isn't enough for the amount of guests in one apartment. I was alone and took a 10-15min shower and the hot water was finished. Then I had to wait for ~1h to be able to use it again. If 3-4 people are staying there that's definitely not enough. But that was really the only thing I didn't like.

The villa was huge with lots of space for the children to run around. The garden contained a pool, jacuzzi, brick barbecue and outside sink. We were situated at the end of the row and had almost complete privacy. The staff were friendly and happy to help with any issues we had. A free minibus took us into Carvoeiro or to a local beach.

The pool wasn't clean when we arrived and the pump was switched off. However, they did sort it out straight away. The villas are a long walk from the bus stop so we used taxis to take us to nearby towns. Luckily they weren't expensive.

Everything, the villa was like something out of a movie. The space was brilliant and you had your own area that wasn't too close to other villas. The pool was a good size and the outside chairs, sunbeds and bbq area were well kept and a great addition to the place Taxi's were easy to hire and the small towns around Colina are only a 5-10 min taxi ride away. Great location to be out of the way but close enough for evening meals and drinks

There was only a couple of things that needed to be put on the maintenance list. The outside shower didn't work, there was only a couple of batteries in the air con remotes, and there was a slight leek if one of the showers upstairs was being use. Minor details that can easily be sorted

The apartment was very clean, and when the need arose to cook, I had all the utensils I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the pool was lovely. Parking was great, near the apartment. Grounds are kept super cleaning. The room had aircon, but I never used it.

Staying in the apartment, it reminded me that you can hear a lot. I assume I had a local family near me who were quiet. Then I had three young people below me, and I heard everything. I'm not sure why, but around 4am, they decided to move all the furniture around and party. I noticed in my apartment that none of the dining room table and chairs had those soft fabric cushions under the legs. So, any time you moved a chair, it made a noise. That is the only small issue I found.

the apartment is comfortable, good space. Staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. Cleaning was top notch. Calm and comfortable location.

Location might be problematic for some - you do need a car unless you want to spend the time at the pool and visit one small grocery store 10 minutes away Also, first room we got was bad, no running water and other problems. After some complaining it was changed to a much better alternative, and the staff was very helpful. The balcony is rather small, don't count on eating out in it. Fits 1-2 chairs.

The place was like at home. So cozy. Had everything from full kitchen with utensils, washing machine, tv, etc. The view was also spectacular. Nice landscape too. Staff were really helpful. We had a flat tyre while going out for breakfast before checking out. They allowed us late check out to get it settled by the car rental company. Really appreciated the consideration given. Would love to come back again. This town is definitely one that we really enjoyed. The beaches were absolutely stunning!

During my stay at Colina da Lapa, I appreciated the beautiful grounds and well-maintained buildings, which created a serene atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful, enhancing my experience with their attentive service. The spacious accommodations were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat. Although the location required a short drive to the beach, the stunning views and peaceful environment made it worthwhile. The outdoor swimming pool was a great addition, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Algarve.

It was a large rental with nice views, and pretty grounds. Quiet and peaceful in Feb. Great staff. It is a remote location. Alot of things, pool, restaurants, tours are closed in Feb so not much happening if thats your thing. There is a restaurant on grounds, but Im not one to eat out.

I did not have a car, so walking and bus were my modes. I was there to hike the coast and see the surrounding cities too. Bus was a 15min walk one way. For a long stay, I didnt like the nearest grocery store was 15 min walk, and I preferred not to patron them, but no other choice nearby.

The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. The easy to access site was very clean and well kept. It was easy to get taxis to nearby locations and the staff were incredibly helpful in telling us about the local area. The apartment itself was clean and tidy with useful amenities such as an iron, cooking essentials and a TV with many channels. The room service also made the beds and provided clean towels everyday which was great. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We stayed for 3 nights but would definitely stay for longer next time!
