The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well kept. Staff at reception were very friendly. Having two balconies allowed for both a sea and pool view.

It is not a very ‘walkable’ property. It is a little isolated…a 45 minute walk to Carvoeiro. There are a few restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk. Having some kind of shuttle bus, even if you had to pay for it, would be great. This is the only reason that might prevent us from staying there again

Spacious and clean apartment with 2 large bathrooms and separate WC, kitchen well equipped and lovely view and well maintained gardens Maintenance staff friendly and helpful. Convenient parking outside main door.

Reception staff not welcoming or helpful. Reception opening hours very limited. Pool towels were not able to be changed all week. Kitchen bin too small and not emptied frequently enough. Discovered bins nearby which could be used but were permanently overflowing and no extra bin bags supplied. Pool deep it’s entire length. Not suitable for weak swimmers. Sun beds very comfortable with good pads. However not enough sun beds during busy times of the day. Deck chairs uncomfortable.

This place is an absolute gem. Our apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I liked the interiors which made it homely but not fusty. Everything you need in the kitchen. The generous balcony looks towards both the ocean and the pool. The bed was extremely comfortable and smelled wonderfully clean!!

Beautiful location, amazing use of space and lovely feel in the apartments.

Pillows uncomfortable. “Dry” function didn’t seem to work on ac/heater units, could’ve been useful this time of year drying the rooms out. Nothing major though.

Very clean , spacious and roomy.

Lack of salt, sugar and olive oil. It would have been nice to have had them as after all we would have used only small quantities during our stay.

The gym key system was a little tortuous, jacuzzi out of order and steam room only available on request for an hour a day

Wonderful villa much bigger than expected, very well equipped. Great restaurant (steakhouse) on site. Veggie/fish options available too. Nearest supermarket a 10 minute walk. Quiet area, exactly what we were after. Just give some thought as to how you will get around as there is not much nearby. We tried Uber but it was a bit hit and miss, mainly used local taxis to get around - they were busy so sometimes a slight wait, but it was high season!

Very nice and quiet place.The lady on the reception was very friendly.The bed very comfortable.We went walking from the house to the town on the sea side it was amazing.

The apartment was spotless, the place is fantastic if you want a nice quiet relaxing holiday, we loved it thats why we keep going back ❤

The rooms are lovely at presa de moura we have been before and we will be going back next year we love it there lovely comfy beds and nice clean rooms 😀
