Beautiful, quiet place with a great pool, which is great to swim in the mornings. The apartments are well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Every two days the apartments are cleaned, the garbage is taken out, which is a really big bonus. Very comfortable beds and high quality bedding. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We had a great time.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well kept. Staff at reception were very friendly. Having two balconies allowed for both a sea and pool view.

It is not a very ‘walkable’ property. It is a little isolated…a 45 minute walk to Carvoeiro. There are a few restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk. Having some kind of shuttle bus, even if you had to pay for it, would be great. This is the only reason that might prevent us from staying there again

Spacious and clean apartment with 2 large bathrooms and separate WC, kitchen well equipped and lovely view and well maintained gardens Maintenance staff friendly and helpful. Convenient parking outside main door.

Reception staff not welcoming or helpful. Reception opening hours very limited. Pool towels were not able to be changed all week. Kitchen bin too small and not emptied frequently enough. Discovered bins nearby which could be used but were permanently overflowing and no extra bin bags supplied. Pool deep it’s entire length. Not suitable for weak swimmers. Sun beds very comfortable with good pads. However not enough sun beds during busy times of the day. Deck chairs uncomfortable.

This place is an absolute gem. Our apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I liked the interiors which made it homely but not fusty. Everything you need in the kitchen. The generous balcony looks towards both the ocean and the pool. The bed was extremely comfortable and smelled wonderfully clean!!

We loved the spacious and very clean villa, having breakfast on the patio, swimming in the beautiful pool. Having beach towels provided was a nice bonus too. Overall property was beautiful and well maintained. We were so sad to leave!!

Pillows uncomfortable. “Dry” function didn’t seem to work on ac/heater units, could’ve been useful this time of year drying the rooms out. Nothing major though.

Location and peace and quiet. The reception were very helpful.

Our bed mattress was a little hard but we got used to it. The gym was a bit too warm even early in the morning but we coped.

Very clean , spacious and roomy.

Lack of salt, sugar and olive oil. It would have been nice to have had them as after all we would have used only small quantities during our stay.

The gym key system was a little tortuous, jacuzzi out of order and steam room only available on request for an hour a day
