Wonderful family owned business. The hosts are very nice. Lovely and very clean rooms with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of storage space in the spacious room.

Breakfast was freshly made every day it was a simple but fine offer. A greater choice of local delicious Portuguese hams, cheeses or vegetables would be a great touch. But there were always fresh fruits, tasty pancakes and other sweets available. Our balcony doors were leaking during the storm. I wish the cleaning personnel would leave us the towels there as we placed them to prevent water from getting into the room. But also we were there in March, I guess storms don't come often there

This property is a family run, small and pleasant place to stay. Our room was a very good size with a balcony overlooking a green space. There is good air conditioning, a separate space from the sleeping area to sit and watch TV with small fridge and a kettle. Beds were reasonably comfortable and the bathroom was small but with a reasonably good sized shower with good hot water. The room and linen was clean. The poor area was nice and the pool was clean. Breakfast had some variety and was nice enough although their coffee was from a self-serve machine that wasn’t that good. Location was excellent just a 5 minute walk down the hill to the centre of town. On site parking provided.

The bathroom was a bit ‘tired’ and unfortunately towels to match (they were thin and threadbare but were clean and replaced daily).

Extremely clean and the rooms were amazing. We had a family room we stayed in for 1 night whilst we waited for our villa to be ready the next day and its was really good. Excellent lay out and the balcony had a table and chairs and sun loungers. Breakfast we missed as we had plans to meet others but it looked great. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s like a great in between from a villa to hotel as it’s smaller and more personal but still private

Family run, small hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size for a family of 4, with a separate bedroom and a sofa. Our room had an outside terrace, leading on to a larger terrace (communal) but a table and chairs for us to use on both which led round to a large pool. Very good breakfast included. Close to beach, restaurants and shops but in a quiet street off main road.

Isabell was fantastic, we got in late and needed help booking an activity. She dropped what she was doing and made us a priority. Everyday she made us feel welcome and important. Best host we had in Portugal. We had a private terrace off our room to enjoy morning coffee and plan our day. Also a wonderful place to dry beach towels and just relax. The pool was very very clean and very refreshing after a swim in the ocean.

having to use 4 keys was clumsy at times but that might have been the port.

Spacious room. Reasonably comfortable bed. Great pillows. Private patio to enjoy a meal outside. Staff were very kind. Poor was great.

All our food in the fridge froze, so we had to go back to the grocery store, but it was closed. The bathroom light hits you with fluorescent blindness in the middle of the night. Room needs a night light. Breakfast was disappointing; boiled egg and luncheon meat. Coffee maker adds sugar to everything; diabetic’s nightmare.

The parking is spacious. The location ideal for being 5 minutes walk to the centre of the town yet very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious. We had a terrace looking onto the garden. The breakfast was cereals, good coffee, fruits, eggs, cheese and ham with bread, toast, jam and the most wonderful cakes lovingly made by the lady of the house. The family are really friendly and helpful with information. We did some lovely cliff top walks while we were there. Thank you to everyone for a lovely extended stay. November in Carvoeiro is the perfect time to enjoy the town and the surrounding area.

Everything was great.

The place is just 5 minutes walk away from Carvoeiro City Center with other major attractions nearby. Our room was cleaned almost everday and fresh bottle of water was stocked in the fridge after cleaning, which we appreciated a lot. We were served decent breakfast every morning with fresh fruits various beverages and omelet on request. The owners are really kind and always ready to help.

The rooms and the facilities were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area and the breakfast was lovely with a beautiful view and a bonus to be able to sit outside. We received a great dinner recommendation as well. The location was great for us to visit the beaches, downtown area and restaurants! The free parking was a nice amenity as well and a FREE glass container of water in the fridge was a nice touch! We would definitely stay here again (would be a great place for an extended stay) and would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location and friendly service.
