Modern apartments in a quiet area, ideal location for exploring the Algarve coast. The houses are fully equipped, comfortable and spacious. We didn't miss anything. The whole area is very well maintained (almost too "clean"), the saltwater pool is clean and slightly heated. The staff is helpful and very friendly, the apartment was cleaned several times a week.

There are no grocery stores within walking distance, which means you inevitably need a car. Unfortunately for us staying with kids there is no playground (might be a reason for others to come here 😉). Apart from that we would recommend the accommodation at any time.

i really like this location, within 10 mins drive to the downtown, quiet yet still convenient. This is a very family oriented property. The property manager is very responsive, and try to resolve our issue and concerns ASAP.

It is a very spacious two bedroom villa, I think they did a fantastic job. If i have to point out improvement, it is more on the design of the villa, with a 1500sqt villa, the bedroom is a bit smaller than i expected. but the management and cleaning team will be a 10/10.

We only had cleaning every other day and not at weekends so we had no cleaning for 3 days from Friday to Sunday. Not a big problem but clean towels would have been appreciated. We also had very noisy neighbours who were partying at 6am for the local festival. Staff presence on site through the night would have been helpful.

One of the best accommodations we've stayed at in the Algarve region! Very friendly welcome, appartement was great, with very comfortable room, two bathrooms, large kitchen and living room area to cook your own food and be comfortable, and the swimming pool was perfect to relax after a busy day. The area is one of the best in Algarve, and the flat is outside of the crowded busy regions, offering a quiet and relaxed setting. We had great recommendations to watch the sunset and to eat outside of the touristic traps (don't miss the Cozinha da avo!!).

We were missing a few basic things in the flat like olive oil, salt and vinegar, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. I understand it's more like an appart hotel where you need to buy everything at the supermarket, but if you have a short stay it's not convenient.

We stayed in a 2 bed house. Lovely property, felt like home from home and had everything we needed, the manager Hugo was also very welcoming and professional. Pool was great. The whole development is very well done.

The only thing that I felt could be improved was the sofa in the lounge area. It was surprisingly uncomfortable for those evenings where you want to stay in.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been at! Big villa, comfortable beds, wonderful heated pool, a lot of sun chairs, shaded areas around the pool…. Close to Benagil cave, close to 7 Gagnon valleys, close to really nice beaches, not too far from Albufeira… all the staff is SO friendly. It’s even nicer than in the pictures. Will most probably stay here again if I come back. You do ideally need a car for the Algarve though… this has a privé parking right in front of your villa and a secured gate to enter.

Absolutely nothing!

The pool was amazing, great for the kids as the 4 steps into it and it wasn't super deep. The kids pool was a bit colder and thus they didn't really use it at all. Everything was clean and comfortable and we felt at home.

Would have loved to have more coffee available at no cost. Would also have been nice to have salt, pepper and some olive oil available for cooking on site. Otherwise, the kitchen is super well stocked with anything you might need.

No toiletries - aside for tiny soap bar ... For a high level classification (4 stars) it was shocking not to have basic toiletries provided (shampoo, body lotion, etc) Neighbor apartment seemed to be under renovation - a lot of banging and scraping of furniture also into the night. The apartments are not very well insulated for noise.

Immaculate accommodation and pool area. Everything felt very new and almost unused in some instances . Staff helpful and efficient. Nice touches and great view from master balcony. I just lerrrved the Coffee machine

Struggling to find anything slightly off. I guess the water pressure was a little weaker than usual however the shower was very clean and as new. It is difficult to book as it is very popular with the Swedes ! I am being very picky though

The villa was extremely well equipped, clean and modern with absolutely everything you need. You are about 2.3 km from Carvoeiro so you can relax in this beautiful country setting and enjoy the city close by. Carvoeiro is. A very alive town with entertainment and many restaurants. The staff was extremely kind.

The resort experienced water issues on two occasions. The water was cut iff for several hours and no compensation was offered. Staff indicated this happens regularly in Algarve. For a hotel of this caliber, a back up system would be useful and some financial compensation would be good business.
