We booked a deluxe suite. A good size room and balcony. The room decor is a bit tatty but not awful. The kitchenette facilities were dates but functional, a real added bonus. The fridge was especially helpful. There is plenty of storage and the bathroom was clearly recently renovated and was of a good standard. The on site snacks and lunches were excellent in terms of quality, taste and value for money. The tuna toastie is amazing! The restaurant is fantastic! An excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, eggs made to order if requested and a reasonable price. It’s a short walk down a steep hill to the town centre. Downhill was fine but the walk back was not easy and were pretty fit and healthy, but there are plenty of Ubers to transport you back to the hotel. The hotel pool is lovely but it would be much better used if it was heated. It was very cold so people were avoiding going in. The hotel staff really did make our stay superb, they are super helpful. They assisted with excursions and travel arrangements. They are attentive, cheerful and fun. Overall the service was exceptional!

The balcony door handle was missing. The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I did email ahead and ask for a mattress topper or additional duvet be added under rather the bedding to improve comfort but this didn’t happen so we moved the sofa bed mattress onto the bed which helped somewhat. If the pool was heated this hotel would be perfection!

Hotel is in nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the centre. Room was big with a small kitchen corner with coffee machine etc if you stay longer time. Breakfast was good with many options and hotel bar was nice as well. Pool area was large enough, two pools, smaller for children and bigger for the adults. Bigger is not that deep... The staff is excellent and very helpful! Big thanks for them for the restaurant tips and arranging our boat trip, highly recommend. Hotel has a big parking and it's free of charge!

Just back from 7 night holiday. The hotel is in the best location, it’s on the hill with the great sea and town view and 15 min walk to the town centre. Reception staff were efficient, friendly, andwelcoming. Fresh towels and clean rooms all the way. The breakfast was really good. When we ordered food for lunch it was always delicious and big portions. It was clean, comfortable and we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Very Large room with a kitchenette hidden behind louvre doors. Large bed (firm). Plenty of storage. Dining table and chairs for 2 and table and chairs on the balcony. Modern bathroom in excellent condition. The room was spotless. Air con very quiet. The location is lovely and quiet with a short walk to town (albeit a steep hill). Only a few euro's for a taxi back.

The high walls either side of the balcony are a bit oppressive and narrow the view considerably.

very helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were very spacious, as well as the terrace. The garden was an oasis of peace and quiet, very much in contrast to the very busy city of Carvoeiro. Breakfast was very nice as well.

The swimming pool was not open yet which was a big disappointment to the kids. We were also not allowed to have breakfast outside, which was a disappointment to the parents.

Fabulous hotel, clean and staff very friendly. Beautiful pool area and pool bar to just sit and drink your morning coffee or to have a few drinks at night time. We had a ground floor room and it was beautiful.

The breakfast was not great. The town is fairly close and a short ten min walk down hill however the walk up the hill was difficult but easily managed with getting an uber which is very cheap here.

This place worked well for us. We were able to self cater with the kitchenette. There is a pool but we didn't use it. There is a bar onsite for those who want that. Our studio was quite large and had a balcony to hangout. The kitchenette had limited pots and pans, but there's enough to make simple meals like pasta. Onsite parking is great but first come, first served. It's a quiet location so nice to get a good nights sleep. Overall, we were really happy with this place especially given the affordable price.

Be aware that the property is located up a hill and in a short drive from amenities and the beaches. Our recommendation is to get up early and park at a beach parking lot that will serve your purposes for the day. It was hot, so I cannot opine about walking times - we drove to the beach. It's only a few Euros to take Uber to a beach.

This little hotel up the hill is a gem. Our room overlooked the pool with a big balcony. Beds were so cozy and had everything we required to make a meal. Resturant was lovely. Staff were amazing. Thank you Alex, Elizabeth, and Laura, you are all amazing. Loved Carvoeiro and hope to come back. The cave tour was totally Awesome 💖

Its a nice hotel with very friendly stuff. The location is a bit away from the center, on top of the hill so it is nice that the hotel provides parking space for the cars. The center is about 15 mins walk from the hotel, however coming back is all uphill so it takes an extra 10 minutes but good for a workout :) The breakfast was diversified and upon request they provided me gluten free bread which is a plus.

The hotel was a bit old and had a bit of musty smell. I know we went a bit off season (October) but the swimming pool was a bit dirty. Could be also because it was raining sometimes.

Superb huge room with balcony overlooking pool. Very clean and cleaned daily. New bathroom. Room and whole hotel very tastefully furnished. Excellent snacks and food at reasonably prices. Beautiful setting in the garden around the pool. Very quiet environment

Nice quiet setting where hotel is situated. You have to be fit to tackle the walk down very steep roads to town but taxis are always available at under 5€
