A comfortable little apartment with plenty of bed options (fold-out sofa, camp bed, futon chair, twin beds), a small but serviceable kitchen, and solid shower. WiFi worked very well – we both needed to take a couple of video calls and stay in communication with friends/family, which worked fine – but it was a little temperamental and I wonder if at peak time it wouldn't be as good.

With only a few other people on site it was quiet, but you can clearly here anyone in any of the apartments nearby, so in peak season I think it would be pretty noisy. Mosquito nets, mesh window covers, and/or better-fit external doors would help keep mosquitoes out; they seemed fine during the day, but at night, even in colder weather, you couldn't avoid them. There was also only one blanket, despite occupancy for two people. Finally, be aware that the apartments are quite far (10 minute walk or more, up a gradient) from the reception. This wasn't an issue for us (it actually worked out in our favour) and there is a second pool up in the apartment complex, but it does mean the "walk time" into town or to the beach is a bit inaccurate on Google etc.

It is a lovely resort which was a bit quieter tho time of year. We were close to a pool area, the shop, main reception and restaurant were about min walk. To get to beaches, you'd definitely need a car.Breakfast was included and it was great. Edgar, who was at the breakfast bar both mornings, needs a special mention. He was exceptionally friendly.

Like others have complained, the lack of a dish cloth and soap for washing dishes is a problem. There must be a reason for this. Basic toiletries and a hair dryer will be helpful. Some tourists fly in with very little luggage allowances.

Great location, short walk to town approximately 10-15 minutes, I would upgrade to a premium apartment they are a lot more modern and new than the superior apartments, have stayed in both before. All of the pools are clean, quite cold but bearable. Very relaxed environment at the main pool and apartment pool, drinks are great at poolside bar, staff really friendly and helpful at poolside bar. One of the female receptionists wasn’t too friendly but the rest of the team were and very helpful.

Think the apartment pool area needs a bit of TLC and would be good to have that bar area open in September.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable, big rooms with kitchen and nice big bathroom. Close to town 20 min by foot or free bus to town . Amazing facilities 3 big pools and 2 small, free sunbeds clean and nice toalets and showers. Nice, fresh food on the pool bar. Highly recommended. €16 for buffet breakfast (half price kids) this is a bit overpriced for me I pay the buffet because I want 2 coffees 🤣. If you don't choose the buffet version it's really not a lot to choose so we was just once (€40 for 2 +1) and then we make your own ( Spar shop next to the reception offer fresh and warm selection of bread) or we go to town but breakfast was really good 👩‍🍳

We had a great stay at this hotel, even though renovations were ongoing (as is common in the area during the off-season). We weren’t aware of this beforehand, so it was a bit unexpected, but the staff went above and beyond to make up for it. They placed us in the room farthest from the renovations, and we were thrilled to find the pool still open, even in November! Inside the hotel, we couldn’t hear any construction noise thanks to the excellent soundproofing. Having a car made it easy to explore the area, but it’s clear that in the summer, with all the hotel’s facilities open, you wouldn’t even need to leave the property. There’s so much to do right on-site! Our room exceeded our expectations, it was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, modern, and fully equipped. It had a lovely design that made it feel extra special. Do note: We had one of the nuwest rooms. I guess the old rooms do not feel/look the same.

Our bungalow was a perfect size for us and our 8 month old. We had all the items we needed like a high chair and cot bed. The garden was lovely with an excellent bbq and not looked on so we could enjoy family evenings in the garden. There were beach items like sun parasol and ice book for days at the beach. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Parking right outside our bungalow.

The bathroom was a little basic but clean and one of the hotel pools could have done with a little work where the foot bath had been neglected. Also would have been nice if the pool was heated, I know this take a lot of energy, we still swam but meant we didn’t allow our daughter too long in the pool as it was quite cool.

The rooms were very modern and well-equipped (especially the kitchens). There was a very conveniently located supermarket (Spar) where we could buy a lot of groceries, snacks and toiletries. There was a complimentary shuttle service to town but we were happy to walk to the town.

Some small specific issues were that the doors are difficult to lock and unlock, and that some beds are a bit too low to the floor and uncomfortable. Other than that everything was excellent.

Spacious house with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Wonderfull pool. Plenty of nice garden furniture. Fine garden. Two big bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Lovely quiet neighbourhood close to town center, beach, grocery, beautiful Algar Seco and Seven Hanging Valleys Trail. Easy to check in and out - even though we arrived after hours. New towels and dish towels twice during a weeks stay. Pool guy and gartner visited during the week as well. Short distance to many attractions on the Algarve Coast. Best recommendations.

Quite a few times the power went out during the night. We suspect the cause being the heater in the bedroom closest to the second bathroom. At least the problem stopped, as we stopped using that heater.

Lovely resort in a quiet part of Carvoeiro. Spotlessly clean bungalow with really comfortable beds. The pool area was lovely. A small spar supermarket 2mins walk from bungalow and a 2nd slightly bigger spar within close walking distance.

The resort was a little far from the beach, but the peace and quiet of resort made up for the distance. The after dinner walks became part of the evening ritual.

Nice large apartment, very clean and well looked after. Parking was very good. Lovely pool close by, with loungers and large umbrellas. Cleaning staff were nice, very quick and efficient.

Quite far from the reception area (too far to walk as we are both in our 60's, and my wife has limited mobility). No bars or restaurants close enough to walk to. Thats' it. Everything else was spot on!
