This hotel is a bit hard to get to because of the one way streets, etc., but the location cannot be beat. There was no parking left, so we had to park on the street a few blocks away. The check in staff was great. Our room was not very large, but clean and comfortable. We had a small balcony overlooking the plaza which was wonderful. It wasn't too noisy as with the door closed, it was quite quiet. You can see the small beach area from the hotel. We did walk over to it in the morning, but by afternoon it was getting crowded. The beach is lovely though. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful and the staff very nice. Check out process was easy and the gal at the front desk was so fun and helpful. I wish I could remember her name.

The pool was undergoing maintenance, so that wasn't an option.

So much to like about this property. It started with the staff when I accidently booked the wrong dates and I received a phone call from them trying to sort out my mistake - far beyond the call of duty. The location was perfect as I was on the beach within 50 metres of the hotel. The food was very good, particularly the included breakfast. Carvoeiro was central on the Algarve and was a small fishing village with lots of charm. Also plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants as well as shopping opportunities. A fabulous place to relax.

The propert was very nice and everything I needed was there in one spot . The pool was great with lawn chairs and a little snack and drink dispenser was awesome to have . Loved the way the property was located right close to beach with all the stores and Resturante’s close by . The property even had a coffee or I cream place that you could order and sit on some chairs in side while enjoying your gelato . The beds were the most comfortable beds ive ever laid on .i presume that they are new . The champagne and fruit welcome package was definely a surprise . Loved looking out the window everyday something was going on . The breakfast was absolutely delicious fresh squeezed orange juice every morning , presunto , natas cheeses and pancakes and many other choices were so delicious . The service from the front reception was beyond 10/10 I was very impressed with the high standard of quality customer service that they all had . Gotta say one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed in !!!

This is a small boutique hotel with an amazing location which was perfect for the beach, restaurants, shops and public transport. The rooms were more than adequate for my needs, they were immaculately clean and I had a balcony overlooking the beach. Breakfast offered a great choice of cereals, juices, fresh fruit, breads, pastries, hot and cold food. The pool area was well kept and sunloungers were very comfortable, however this area was barely used whilst I was there. The Sky Bar is very cool and a great addition to the hotel. The highlight for me were the reception staff, Katya and Paulo. They were so friendly, helpful, professional, kind and so lovely to talk to. A big thank you to both of them.

As the hotel is beach side and in the centre of town it is surrounded by numerous bars all playing loud music. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself but if you have a front facing room it is something to consider.

You couldn't find a better beach hotel to stay in the Algarve as a base for exploration. You can walk to the beach (1 minute) or to the restaurants in the center of town right outside the hotel front lobby. This location is very central to the region and easy to drive or hike to sites east and west of the town. Staff were very accommodating and facilities were in great shape. Breakfast spread was excellent. Highly recommend going in offseason as the beaches were almost completely empty.

Just note that the rooftop bar and pool are closed in the offseason. It would have been nice to enjoy the sunsets from the roof but there are plenty of spots right next door you can do that.

I can’t speak highly enough about the helpful and friendly staff, particularly those on reception. The location is excellent with many restaurants and bars as well as the beach in easy walking distance. And the gelateria on the ground floor is a definite plus.

If noise is an issue, request a room facing the courtyard as the downside of the easily accessible bars is that it can get quite loud at night. However, the reception staff were very good when we requested a room change. While the selection and quality of the breakfast was good, a little more variety from day to day would be nice for those staying longer than a night or two. Finally, the room furniture is dated and the rooms generally could use a bit of renovation.

This was one of my favourite hotel stays in recent years. From the second I arrived I loved the place. You get a very warm welcome from the reception team, and every staff member thereafter. Hotel is fresh, immaculately clean and modern. The location is wonderful, and the views are very special. There was secure parking for an additional €10. All the facilities are excellent. It’s fairly quiet at this time of the year, so I slept really well in their comfortable bed. The breakfast room is lovely, and the food and coffee was of excellent quality. I loved the place so much I extended my stay for a second night, and I didn’t regret it. The whole place is a credit to the management. It’s a well oiled machine with a great team. I can’t wait to return again.

Beautiful hotel right in the center square. The staff were excellent, breakfast was incredible and the cute coffee/gelato shop in the hotel was awesome too. The beds were comfy and the shower had great pressure.

We had room number 5 on the ground floor facing the street and it was a bit loud. Cars and passer bys made lots of noise until about midnight. I'd recommend asking for a room facing away from the side street if you want it quiet or go to bed early. Other than that small thing it was great and I'd go back here no question.

Perfect location. Cosy. No rush for sun-beds or breakfast tables. No feeling of being overwhelmed. All staff were friendly and actually took time to smile and seemed happy at work from reception to cleaners. The gentleman organising breakfast was adorable and breakfast second to none. Clean and comfy beds. All the reviews about the noise I find hard to believe as it’s quiet after midnight and you are on holiday after all!!

The breakfast included was outstanding. The variety of food, quantity and quality were great. Unbelievable! The staff that attended the breakfast were very professional and attentive. The location was the best in the area. Right in the middle of everything to do and next to the beach. The front desk staff was also excellent for information and attention. The pool was nice and private and was easy to access. Our rooms were clean and had nice balconies to overlook the town. This is a smaller hotel, very well kept and they were able to give lots of attention for guests needs.
