One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in! Staff cleaning and polishing all day everyday. Toilets in public areas were fantastic. Breakfast buffet was top notch with a wide range of freshly prepared items. Bar prices were very reasonable and the snacks we had were freshly prepared and very nice making it an attractive proposition to stay by the pool all day. That said there are so many nice restaurants close by it would be a shame not to venture out and try everything that's on offer. For us the short walk into town and its beach was pleasurable but I can imagine is you're less mobile it would be quite challenging especially the uphill journey back.

We paid for a budget room and our view of the car park was not the best. Consider paying more if you want the view of the pool. Setting up a room account and signing chits of paper was painful in this day and age. Paying €40 cash deposit for 2 towels for the pool seemed ridiculous considering they had our room number and our credit card details. Made us feel like we weren't trusted. Whilst the hotel is meticulously looked after it is showing signs of its age. Lots of cracked and broken floor tiles to trip on. Bathroom whilst very functional had fittings from the 80s. These are minor comments to bring things up to modern standards. Overall the hotel is great

Breakfast was very good , staff extremely helpful and friendly , and the pool excellent. Penty of sunbeds but maybe we missed main season by a week. Location very good - short walk to restaurants etc.

Heavy Duvets on the beds in August. Not all the Reception staff were welcoming & friendly. Hotel needs to decide if they accept non residents in the bar and communal areas. They do not state publicly that the hotel is not open to non residents. We invited family staying in the area to join us for a drink in the bar, but they were denied access by reception, we asked reception in advance and told to speak to the Bar manager. Friends who stayed here previously, asked reception if family could join them and told no problem…

The food available was exceptional, breakfast buffet extensive and bar food very reasonable. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were a great size. The location was superb, close to everything and they had parking facilities which is difficult so close to the town centre and restaurants, so you could walk everywhere. The pool was fabulous and had a bar and shaded area to sit, there was no need to even leave the venue.

The only issues noted were lack of tea making facilities in the room and that the disabled room was the furthest point from the reception, pool and breakfast/bar rooms so a long slow walk.

The location was great! Within walking distance to the main city area as well as the coast line and beach.

Upon check in you should be given all the information about the hotel. Also, the website says the hotel has a laundry service. When I called the front desk to ask about how the service worked the man who answered the phone was very rude and told me they don’t have a laundry service. I guess he must’ve been tired of people asking him about it.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool area was good, with plenty of sun loungers. The bedroom was spacious with a nice balcony. The location of the hotel is excellent with lovely bars and restaurants in close proximity.

The decor in the bedrooms is very dated, needs a refurb to match the reception areas and breakfast room, which were very nice. The rooms are not fully sound proofed, can be noisy. Finally, the service at the pool bar was very slow, more staff needed especially during busy times,

Everything!! I am a travel agent and did my own assessment of this hotel. Entrance area comfortable light and modern. ILounge comfortable. Breakfast outstanding. Staff service and presentation excellent. Food quality and Value for money excellent. Pool area and sunbeds (plenty). Pool staff great food good value. Location great. Bar man holiando credit to the hotel! This hotel is the CLEANEST hotel 10/10 Thank you we will be back. Balcony area good.

The bed was too hard (even with a topper on). It needs replacing.

Hotel is lovely. I stayed about 10 years ago and I think it’s had a bit of a makeover. The rooms are a good size comfortable beds lovely balcony, air-conditioned and a nice bathroom. Breakfast nice and the staff could not be more helpful. A fabulous size outdoor pool also a small indoor pool enough for a few lengths early morning.

Nothing not to like about this place

Breakfast was outstanding. Pool and surrounds - outstanding. Proximity to town- excellent.

Unfortunately the staff at reception were quite unfriendly and unhelpful. Wonder if customer service training is provided? Room cleaning was spasmodic. When I politely enquired about the daily schedule at reception, response was rude and dismissive. Felt like I had interrupted her by asking. Noted a hostile interaction between the reception staff on one occasion also.
