Loved the atmosphere, the room was very cute. Breakfast was delightful, the fresh orange juice was amazing! Location was convenient, and the hosts were courteous and professional. The pool area was very nice, especially as a place to relax before dinner or after checkout.

Tap water for drinking could have been colder. Also, the lobby bathroom was sadly out of order while we waited before the room was available (and after checkout), which was tough because we hadn’t brushed our teeth in 24 hours. But no problems of any real significance.

I love the simple yet unique & elegant decor. Clean room and fresh bread and juice for breakfast. Friendly & helpful Staff. Location is close to the Alfama or old town.

No lift Limited selection of breakfast. Graca involved a lot of uphill walks on cobbled stones, while attractions are walking distances it can be taxing to walk back daily unless you access the public transport (traffic can be an issue). Pool access is only until 6pm and water is not heated. If you are out most days there's no way you can use the pool. Limited cookware facility. We only had a pan, no pots.

The establishment was in an older part of town that was quiet and picturesque. The parking was secure and easy to access. The building was a beautiful blend of old and new. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. It was spacious with a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and full bath suite. There are Juliette balconies overlooking the beautiful garden with a pool and orange trees. It had a view of the Tagus River, too. Breakfast was delicious and delivered fresh each morning. You had only ask if you wanted anything else or any extras. The staff were attentive and helpful with every detail. It was sublime.

lovely apartment, fresh breakfast every day (a bit repetitive for a longer stay but nevertheless tasty). I felt like everything was very stylish and the attention to detail was immense. staff including the co-owner we met was very helpful and polite. close to tram and bus, but be prepared to walk up and down the hill and lot. walking distance to Alfama and lot of good cafes and local restaurants in the area. also there’s a convenience store just about hundred-something meters from the same store where you can get a quick snack or fresh veggies to go with your breakfast

you can hear a lot of muffled noise from the kitchen of the adjacent restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel) in the night, eventually gotten used to it but couldn’t sleep well the first night

The room was amazing! So spacious and lovely! We had an early morning flight, so would miss breakfast. They had all the breakfast fixings in our room upon check in! The apartment was so nice and bright and open, and we were tired, so we ended up not even leaving the room. We had breakfast for dinner and enjoyed the space. Oh, and pay the 15Euro for the parking spot in the back. There were NO spots available on the street.

There was actually no pull out sofa and no bedding for the couch. We don’t realize it until after 5. I messaged the property and no answer. So, my 18 yo son slept on the couch with a blanket from the bed.

Beautiful old house with a nice little garden in midst of Graca, even with a glimpse of the sea from the window. The design of the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were super friendly. Would definitely come again.

We only stayed one night but I could imagine that the kitchen facilities would be a but limited if you were to stay longer and really aiming to cook. The bathroom was very small and could use a renovation sometime. No elevator. During the night we could hear a loud pump or something similar in or near the garden and someone felt like throwing away glass for an hour (not the properties fault obviously). Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix though!

This property is really beautiful, well considered, elegant and inviting - the beds are comfy, the rooms quiet and the surrounding area is so great with fantastic food and wine bars super close by.

Unfortunately, there was one major let down to this property, that although would not bother all did affect my overall happiness with the stay. The garden at Dona Graca is beautiful and definitely somewhere to spend time in tranquil stylish settings HOWEVER, pverlooking the garden and probably less than 50-100 metres away is a huge 5G tower. I know for some this would not be an issue but I would have at least liked to have known this is in close proximity to the property in details on their website

Stunning apartments, so beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean. Garden was a little oasis too. We didn't have great weather but I imagine it'd be a lovely place to spend an afternoon. Very generous breakfast bag delivered to the apartment each morning. Location was far better than expected and very walkable to the main old town areas of the city, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Reception shut early on the saturday. It was supposed to close at 6, but there was no one there at 5. This caused us a problem as the cleaner had taken our towels but not replaced them. Despite us messaging them, we received no response. So we had no towels until the next morning. We also messaged asking to have the coffee and breakfast items replenished as they had told us to, but also received no response.

Late check in was arranged and Hugo was really helpful in recommending somewhere close to eat, which was excellent - in fact he gave some other recommendations too which turned out to be perfect. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning but apartment also had a fridge with items in like milk, butter, jams etc - plus a great coffee machine. Nice touch of complimentary fruit and some bubbles. Whole building smelt fresh and clean and pool in the garden was a good place to chill after walking up & down the hills of Lisbon. It felt like a home from home with added bonus of being able to walk out and experience a new culture and exciting things to see and do. We’d definitely return and recommend to friends and family for location near transport links as well as being such a lovely, comfortable and friendly place to stay. The apartments are beautiful and well designed. The staff are extremely helpful and the pool area was a welcome escape each day. Graca area is nice but not as polished as other parts of Lisbon. We walked down the hill each day to get to the more tourist areas and the walk is lovely. Get a tram or Uber up the hill though!

Storing food items such as the breakfast hamper became a problem in our kitchen as did the bins. The rooms are only cleaned if you ask and even then it can take a long time for the room to be refreshed.
