It's very well ran...they staff are amazing. The apartment was spotless and very comfy. The location was perfect. Lovely and quite at night. The breakfast delivered every morning was cute and lovely fresh produce. The pool area was lovely well taken care of and a really relaxing space after a touristy day.

Silly things....no decent glass for a beer or water. We were back in evenings by 9pm...Movie and glass of wine but wifi always played up annoying...stairs are steep..so if you've mobility issues request ground floor.

The hotel is delightful; the lovely old building has been converted into spacious apartments with comfortable rooms. Although it is in a residential area rather than in the centre of town, we found it easy to get around, find places nearby to eat etc. Our apartment opened onto the garden and was full of light, and the breakfast was substantial. The pool is very small but still a welcome place to cool off at the end of a hot day.

It seems ungrateful to complain about being given too much, but I was a bit horrified at how much food we wasted because we couldn't eat all the breakfast we were given! (4 items of bread/pastry each day, as well as fresh orange juice and the meat, cheese and yoghurt items in the fridge.) That was very generous of the hosts, but I did wonder if there might be a better way of doing it - inviting guests to specify in advance how much they wanted, for example - to cut down on the wastage.

Property was nice furnished, clean, nice towels, good shower, stuff gave us an iron and ironing desk.

It was sold with included breakfast. I’ve never seen this kind of breakfast before. There is no canteen, so they bring few types of bread, fresh squeezed juice in the morning. There was cheese, ham, milk, yogurt , jam and butter in the fridge. Also, a bit of oat porridge, enough for 1 person only. So if bread and juice were brought everyday, the rest supposed to last for us for 4 days. Which is obviously impossible, so we had to go out for lunch. It’s a bit sad, because our lunch was paid and we finished cheese and ham in 1 day. So I wouldn’t recommend to book a room with included lunch. Floor had a little bit of dust which sticks to the feet.

I love the simple yet unique & elegant decor. Clean room and fresh bread and juice for breakfast. Friendly & helpful Staff. Location is close to the Alfama or old town.

No lift Limited selection of breakfast. Graca involved a lot of uphill walks on cobbled stones, while attractions are walking distances it can be taxing to walk back daily unless you access the public transport (traffic can be an issue). Pool access is only until 6pm and water is not heated. If you are out most days there's no way you can use the pool. Limited cookware facility. We only had a pan, no pots.

The establishment was in an older part of town that was quiet and picturesque. The parking was secure and easy to access. The building was a beautiful blend of old and new. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. It was spacious with a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and full bath suite. There are Juliette balconies overlooking the beautiful garden with a pool and orange trees. It had a view of the Tagus River, too. Breakfast was delicious and delivered fresh each morning. You had only ask if you wanted anything else or any extras. The staff were attentive and helpful with every detail. It was sublime.

Tap water for drinking could have been colder. Also, the lobby bathroom was sadly out of order while we waited before the room was available (and after checkout), which was tough because we hadn’t brushed our teeth in 24 hours. But no problems of any real significance.

The room was amazing! So spacious and lovely! We had an early morning flight, so would miss breakfast. They had all the breakfast fixings in our room upon check in! The apartment was so nice and bright and open, and we were tired, so we ended up not even leaving the room. We had breakfast for dinner and enjoyed the space. Oh, and pay the 15Euro for the parking spot in the back. There were NO spots available on the street.

There was actually no pull out sofa and no bedding for the couch. We don’t realize it until after 5. I messaged the property and no answer. So, my 18 yo son slept on the couch with a blanket from the bed.

Big rooms and comfortable beds and kitchen is complete. Can cook if you want. Swimming pool was an amazing sight but if it’s not warm enough then temperature is not regulated. Staff was nice as I’ve lost signal but they kept asking me how I am prior to check in.

There are no toilets after you check out. I think there should be as the customers who stayed may need it. Or at least let us know in advance? The staff could’ve offered where he goes to the toilet but he didn’t. Instead we had to wait until we are in the airport and held the pee..

Beautiful old house with a nice little garden in midst of Graca, even with a glimpse of the sea from the window. The design of the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were super friendly. Would definitely come again.

We only stayed one night but I could imagine that the kitchen facilities would be a but limited if you were to stay longer and really aiming to cook. The bathroom was very small and could use a renovation sometime. No elevator. During the night we could hear a loud pump or something similar in or near the garden and someone felt like throwing away glass for an hour (not the properties fault obviously). Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix though!

lovely apartment, fresh breakfast every day (a bit repetitive for a longer stay but nevertheless tasty). I felt like everything was very stylish and the attention to detail was immense. staff including the co-owner we met was very helpful and polite. close to tram and bus, but be prepared to walk up and down the hill and lot. walking distance to Alfama and lot of good cafes and local restaurants in the area. also there’s a convenience store just about hundred-something meters from the same store where you can get a quick snack or fresh veggies to go with your breakfast

you can hear a lot of muffled noise from the kitchen of the adjacent restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel) in the night, eventually gotten used to it but couldn’t sleep well the first night
