The managers were friendly and helpful with all our needs. As example, there was a problem with the oven, and they promptly came by and helped us understand how to use an induction unit. The air and the view from the window was very nice, and the size of the room lovely and spacious.

The motion sensor lights were not working on a couple of the floors which made it a bit dangerous going up and down the stairs. We had to go down one floor to the breakfast room, and the darkness was an issue. The breakfast itself was very good, with fresh squeezed orange juice and warmed croissants along with all the regular items.

Lovely room, overlooking the river, sweeping views. Clean and comfortable. Staff very welcoming and extremely friendly, and very helpful with my quite late 1am arrival from the airport. Shared bathroom was clean and easy to access.

The only minor reproach is the lack of lighting and indications in the stairwell. I found my way fine, but it took me a while in the dark to make sure I was the right place. And at night, with no one around, some travelers might find it uncomfortable. This is the only reason I am not giving a 9.

The room was well decorated and very clean, our hosts were really friendly and informative. We arrived at the hotel early, they allowed us to leave our luggage, even put it in the room once it was ready, they gave us a key in advance so that we could access the room once it had been cleaned. The location to the main city centre is great and also so close to the train and underground station. the views of the river are stunning.

The slopping roof limits access and use to parts of the room and especially the bathroom, I'm only 5' 10" (177cm) tall and found it problematic at times. The bathroom door would close properly either.

Location in Alfama was great. Right next to Feira Da Ladra with spectacular views of Tagus River. Plenty of cafe's, shops, restaurants, atm's, grocery stores right out the door.

The building itself was unpredictable with hall lights not working properly and worst of all, the elevator breaking. The rental Is many flights up stairs and with heavy luggage like I had, it was tough to mobilize. I also have a disability so this makes it more frustrating and isolating. Both Ana and Inka helped me with my luggage. They were so kind but this shouldn't be happening and it needs to be advertised so that people with disabilities like me, can make a better decision when booking a rental.

This property is straight up the hill from Santa Apolonia station. The view overlooking the river is stunning. The owner Michelle was fabulous during and after our one night stay. It is more like a hostal with a shared kitchen area for multiple rooms. The room was very spacious.

The entrance door needed repairing as it didn’t lock and had a broken window. So this part was not very inviting. The elevator was not functioning for us. Could be a user issue. Tried several times. Need to have working lights in the stairwell please.

The room is basic, great just for a shower and sleep. There is construction going on at the moment outside of window, if you want complete silence room 6 isn’t for you. The view is nice of the river. I forgot a little jewelry box in the drawer and unfortunately they claim it wasn’t there. I will never get it back. The breakfast wasn’t offered due to not enough guest at the moment. It was a young staff that spoke reasonable english. Over all a good night in this hotel. The self check in was informatable, in the dark hallway it was hard to tell which door had the key code, as there was no sign saying it was a hotel on it.

Very good staff, tasty breakfast, comfy bed, good location because there is a train station and bus stop nearby. The ventilator in the bathroom should be changed and maybe the shower head as well because the water stream was weak. Walls are quite thick you can hear your neighbors and every door slam but overall I would come back and recommend this place for couples it's a good price for what you get! ;)

This guest house has an excellent location, with great views from either side of the building. The breakfast is basic, but lovely; especially the freshly pressed orange juice. The staff are really helpful and friendly, and the shared kitchen and living room are both really nice. The showers are great, and the rooms are big and comfortable. The Santa Apolónia train and metro station is a 5-minute walk away, which was really convenient for our train to Porto, and metro into the city centre.

The entrance to the building is currently (Oct. 2023) not great, due to some works outside and disconnected power cables on the ground floor. The guest house on the 3rd floor is lovely, however. The shower drains in both our rooms were slightly blocked, so the water was a bit slow to drain. The pillows in room 1 need replaced.

The view form the balcony is really nice. You can catch sme good sun rises from it. It's close to many points of interest of Lisbon. A lot of space, well organized

Bathroom door - couldn't be closed, bathroom ceiling was too low We couldn't use a downstairs toilet, even if the place was open for us to leave the luggage and wait for out flight on the last day.

The room was clean, as was the private bathroom. The location in Alfama was excellent and decently close to the train station. The breakfast was small but that was ok for me. I had no trouble accessing the place or my room using the codes. My room had a nice view of the Pantheon. There were sufficient bath towels, toilet paper, a hair dryer. I only stayed one night, but my stay was decent. The bed was slightly on the firmer side, but felt fine to me.
