This was a lovely hotel with very efficient and helpful staff. I have a severe wheat allergy but the staff were extremely helpful, especially the gentleman working the breakfast shift who even went to buy cereal for me for the following day. It was also lovely going back to our room everyday to clean towels and bedding. The food in the restaurant was amazing!

Unfortunately we had to wait several times for someone to serve at the Lobby Bar, sometimes over 30minutes. As it was the only bar open at the hotel, we found this very frustrating. It was also frustrating having no socket near a mirror when drying and styling my hair and the lighting was very poor in our room. Also we found the design of the tap over the sink in our room very poor as it was just in the way making washing and brushing our teeth more difficult

Clean room, comfortable bed,, good shower good breakfast

Cloth cabinet was too close to the bed; the luggage space/rack was in an awkward corner; the toilet paper was brown, recycled paper; the faucet location/size made face washing difficult. The entrance and corridor color should not be black.

The rooftop lounge has an exceptional view; the staff went above and beyond - we left early for the airport and they prepared boxed breakfasts, made us coffee while we waited for the airport shuttle. The price was good for the location and quality.

Unfortunately we expected an advertised “airport shuttle” to mean a free ride to the airport. A driver came at our appointed time and took us, but when we arrived and were charged 25 Euros it came as a surprise and soured our good feelings. We would have arranged private transportation for a fraction of the cost. It made a great experience memorable in a not so nice way.

Great location with Aldi and Continente nearby with a half a dozen of bakeries around. Very clean room, friendly staff (Lorenzo especially), double vanity in the bathroom, good quality overall, comfortable bed. It has a skybar you can enjoy (shame it closes at 22h) and a paddio out in the back for smokers.

Would give it a perfect if it weren't for two weird things: the minibar is not keeping thing cold. It's literally just another lukewarm storage. The other thing is the power outlets, some of them turn off with the lightas off (you can only power your phone on specific onea). Other than that, everything else eas perfect!

The hotel was really nice, the staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind, everything was clean and satisfactory in the room, and the breakfast was yummy!

The hotel's facilites included room service and a rooftop bar - which the front desk staff said is open until 10pm (and it is also written on the information card they give you when you arrive); however the staff seemed to close down the rooftop bar when they felt like it, much earlier than it was said. Also, for the room service, the menu list includes food but we could not order food after 3pm and that was not stated anywhere or by anyone.

The beds were very comfortable and location of the hotel is top, very close to the airport and other touristic attractions. The hotel was clean and staff helpful and nice. The bread and pastry varieties were fresh and tasty.

It is not about not liking. Maybe a little more attention to detail would be nice: - 1 free bottle of water/day would be nice to have in the room - even though the room we booked was for 2 people, there was only 1 chair on the balcony and in the room - breakfast could have a bit more variety (2-3 types of cheese, some salami and vegetables) - in the bathroom, where there is a lot of space on the wall, some more towel hangers would be useful Double rooms shouldn't be considered exclusively for couples, but also for friends or colleagues.

Small lovely rooftop bar with an AMAZING view. Great balcony to chill while in house. Cleaning staff replaced a perfume bottle with a brand new one (exact same) that fell while cleaning with a lovely letter attached apologizing. NEVER EVER seen that. Amazing!

Depending on what you want to do the location can be tricky, but since everything is 10-20minutes away you'll pay 5-10euros for Uber per trip but paying less for an amazing hotel with a balcony, because it's less in city center. Weight out what's important for you.

The breakfast was delicious, there were lots of options at the buffet, and we were able to order coffees and croissants to our room one morning. The staff were lovely, the room was far nicer than I expected with a spacious balcony! The location is easy to access on the metro (25mins from airport) and it's a lovely 20 minute walk down hill to the touristy/ restaurant area of Lisbon, Bairro Alto and Alfama.

The rooms are amazing and very modern with comfy beds! We had room 604 which has a bigggg terrace that you can use in the evening to just chill and drink a beer. It's in a very quiet area so you can relax in peace!

The only downside, I could say, is that the breakfast is not diverse. There aren't any vegetables at all (no tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, nothing) which is... weird! The bonus is that they have a loot of sweets for desert, including cake (and I'm talking real cake, like Velvet cake) :))

We didn't eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel, preferring to eat when we were out. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. The bathroom was part glass, part frosted wall so it did mean that you had to either go to the toilet in the dark so as to not disturb your partner, and announce when you were going during the day to ensure that you got some privacy! It was noisy at night due to the traffic on the road but not a huge disruption. We didn't hear noise from other guests. The rooftop bar was lovely in the early evening.
