Very nice recepcionists, breakfast was nice. Rooms located on the highest floors have the opportunity to eat breakfast on the hotel's viewing terrace, which complements the beautiful view of the city. The area is just by the metro station, just a few stations away from the main airport. It takes approximately 20 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel.

Conveniently located (supermarket, pharmacy, corner shops, mini restaurants) Bigger rooms than expected and cleaned to great standards. So many highlights that I booked it again on my last day in Lisbon. Complimentary glass water bottles and shaving toiletries, rare these days. Good quality body care products. Bidet in the bathroom and massage chair in the room are the winners for summer super hot season. Loved the eco terrace bar and breakfast there, what a view and the sunsets! Staff were fantastic! Thank you so much :)

We had a couple next door that were far too loud we could hear them when speaking till 1am. Don’t think had to do with the soundproofing of the rooms just unfortunate.

Great location: metro station and bus stop right near the hotel. Direct metro line connection with the airport. Not too far from the old town (2.5 - 3 km away). Restaurants and facilities very close. Big room and bathroom, free water, tea and coffee in the room. Everything was very clean. Wonderful rooftop view to enjoy your breakfast.

We stayed here end-January and it was pretty cold inside, especially at night. The air conditioning temperature was set up at a certain temperature and couldn't be changed.

Perfectly located in an attractive + safe neighbourhood, directly in front of a huge park next to a metro station with direct connection to the airport. Good options for cafés + restaurants nearby. Friendly + helpful staff. Room on upper floor with a nice view. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful rooftop terrace with panoramic views. We can only recommend and will certainly come back.

Everything has been to our fullest satisfaction… except: one morning staff was not fully sufficient to serve breakfast on the rooftop to so many guests at the same time. We would appreciate if the rooftop bar opens a bit earlier (just a suggestion).

This was a standard hotel. My room was quite big, with a TV, fridge, and a big, comfortable bed. The view from the hotel room was excellent, but I had a room on the 8th floor. The rooftop breakfasts were OK. There was not much of a choice, though, and probably for more extended stays, they become boring relatively fast. What was surprising was that the bathroom was equipped with a bathtub. Lifts were fast. The hotel is situated just next to the underground, and the public transport in Lisboa was perfect.

The lifts were claustrophobically small. I barely fit in with my backpack. Also, the room doors didn't suppress the corridor's noises. The corridors were very narrow. The bathroom looked like it was in the 70s.

The location is very strategic if you want the convenience of transport, the hotel is located just outside the ALAMEDA red metro station, from here you have access to all lines. From the airport to the hotel it takes about 15 minutes at the most. The staff is friendly and helpful PRO: location/hospitality/cleanliness/luggage storage

The rooftop bar is poorly stocked in terms of food. Unfortunately, only cheese toast or ham and cheese toast was available when ordering. When I asked for ham toast for my 4-year-old daughter we were told ‘we can't’, but then I saw that the toasts were freshly stuffed, so why couldn't we have ham toast?

Very nice hotel in good location. Beautiful view from the 10th floor and the roof terrace. Nice massage chair in the room. Good breakfast. Metro stop couldn't be closer.

The window glass in our room was not very transparent. The city noise could be heard even on a high floor. The first thing didn't bother us, and the second is more of a warning to those who need silence. For us, it was OK and understandable for such a location. BTW, is it really that hard to organize an elevator ride directly to the metro? ;)

The location and breakfast buffet are the best things about this hotel. It's literally outside a metro station (with two main metro lines) with a direct line from the airport (9 stops away, about 20 minutes). Lots of buses all around as well, so the location is excellent to visit different parts of Lisbon. Breakfast was really good, with lots of hot and cold, sweet and savoury choices available. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. The room was a good-size family room, clean and with basic facilities and lovely city view (we were on the highest floor, 11th). Beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is quite old - the furniture in the room is not modern-looking and some essentials were missing: no hangers for coats, no hangers at all in the bathroom, large shower but no shower door! No shelves or chest of drawers, just one large wardrobe that was not big enough for all our suitcases (4). The breakfast room is also quite small, but we were lucky and never had to wait to be sat.

The location is very accessible by train. It sits at the intersection of the red and green lines and is a direct stop coming from the airport. I would highly suggest taking an Uber if you're a party of 3 or more since it's cheaper than taking the Metro. The rooftop view is excellent and the bar at the rooftop serves decent drinks and food.

The Wi-fi is slow. The location is a few minutes away from Baixa-Chiado (the ideal location for touristy stuff), although an Uber or the Metro is convenient for daily travel. The breakfast area is in the basement, and although the food and drinks are superb (the coffee machine is excellent), the fake window made me a little claustrophobic.

Location - Metro station (Alameda) is just next door, making it very convenient to get around. From airport, it is only 20 minutes away by Metro (red line). It also means that you get to hear the noise from the trains. That didn't bother me a bit after a while. Helpful front staff - We had checked out early in the morning ( 6am) but had to come back as our flight was delayed to late afternoon. Staff let us have back our room until the normal checkout time. Housekeeping - cleaned the room well.

Condition of room - the floor veneer was pealing off; Housekeeping - on one occasion, housekeeping forgot to replenish our coffee and water. When we call, they had already left for the day.
