Location was perfect. Close to the party areas of lisbon and literally 20mins away from many attractions. There was little to no noise. The room itself was lovely, spacious and clean. Bathroom was a good size with a good size shower. It was clean and the towels provided were clean. There was a fan given in the room which was perfect. The windows had barriers on which madd me feel safe given I was in the ground floor and people walk past could peek in. Overall lovely property and peaceful after a day of sight seeing.

Bathroom could do with bit more modern fittings and details. The room was could also have fresh paint or modern features.

No aircon but we were not uncomfortable with the windows open at night but that makes the room noisy. Breakfast was lacking in choice, there didn't seem to be anything to eat other than dry bread, cake or cerial with some cheese and ham to eat so we literally ate cheese, ham and a yogurt. It would be better if you could pre orderer from a list of items and just have them served as opposed to lots of little choices as this made breakfast hard work, we didn't even eat breakfast on our 2nd day.

This B&B place is located in Barrio Alto, a nice, boutiquey neighborhood of Lisbon. It is a bit more hotel like than B&B: there are 4 floors. Rooms are on floor 2 through 4, where each floor has 4 or 6 rooms. There is a small dining area and a kitchen on the 1st floor. Still, it felt comfy and home-ish compared a regular hotel. The room I rented was a 1-bed room - pretty cozy and comfortable. They serve only simple breakfast when I was there - I didn't really partake because there are so many other cafes/restaurants nearby. Nice walkable neighborhood. Do wear good, grippy walking shoes/boots though - the cobble-stone streets can get slippery when wet. Nice neighborhood restaurants and cafes with in walking distances. I felt prefect safe walking around late at night by myself (I am a big lean tough guy looking like Bruce Lee though :-) ). Staff were friendly and responsive. They all spoke excellent English.

Too bad Tram 28 is out of service when I was there. There was this Tram 28E but its route is much shorter than 28. It does not sound like tram 28 will be back in service any time soon. They are running a bus on the 28 route when I was there. Anyway, other public transportation options (trams, buses, Metro, etc - the famous "Bica" funicular is a short walk away) are plenty and accessible so take advantage of it. Uber and taxi are plenty as well but I use them only for entering and leaving Lisbon to other parts of Portugal. There was no desk in that room - I had to appropriate a night stand to work on my laptop. If there is another room in that place with a proper desk I'd definitely get that room next time.

Good location near to local places to eat and drink and only around 15 to 20 minutes walk to the centre with many more upmarket places to eat. The railway station is less than 30 minutes walk down hill. The room was a bit quirky but nice with everything you required and was kept clean by the excellent cleaners. The reception staff, we met around three were all very friendly and helpful. We liked that we were able to leave our luggage before we booked in and again after we booked out so we could make the most of the first and last day.

It was a bit difficult to get to the reception with our luggage we had to lug it up around 3 or 4 steps in a narrow corridor. Also as we stayed in the part of the building around the corner from reception there was 2 or 3 steps to go down to our room.

The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and clean. The ladies at the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and of high character. We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed it a lot. The location is perfect—just a few minutes' walk from the city center and major tourist attractions in Lisbon. We wished we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely come back next time we visit Lisbon. We also highly recommend this apartment to our friends.

The room was really clean, in a great location, excellent value for money and with very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with a powerful shower, fridge, tea and coffee and lots of storage for our clothes. We stayed in a room at the back of the main hotel. Entering through what felt like random doors on the street, we were met with a beautiful meeting area with tables and chairs and a water fountain ( as it was hot, this was a welcome relief to be able to fill bottles with lovely chilled and free water!). The hotel is at the edge of the Bairro Alto, which comes to life in the evening. The hotel is right at the edge of it all and very peaceful. A short walk either up, down or across towards the city centre takes you to Lisbons wonderful views, shops and restaurants. It was a great place to stay.

Not much and I’d have to be really picky to find things we didn’t like. Tbh the beds were a tiny bit hard for me, but the beds were comfy and I did sleep well. Maybe the staff could have asked us to leave our bags at the bottom of the stairs when we arrived so we didn’t have to carry them up and then down again! Lisbon is hilly! Very hilly! Getting to the hotel involves will and stamina by going up a very steep incline or paying for a cab or tram! Tickets to the tram had to be bought from the station which we didn’t know about so stairs after a “big” walk with cases was interesting!

Location was perfect for Barrio Alto where we spent most of our time while in Lisbon! It was easy walking to the water and had lots of bars, restaurants in walking distance too. Beds were super comfy, large room with bathroom and everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely, especially Rita, who checked us in and sorted me with an iron!!

It was slightly pricey but I think that may have been because Taylor Swift was in town the same time we were there. However due to the great location and comfy bed it was worth it. The only downside was that our room was right next to the breakfast area so could hear a bit of noise in the mornings from other guests but that was only critique

We really cannot describe the customer service from all receptionists as well as the owner over the phone. It made us feel very valued as people who were staying at the Inn, no issue was too small or too big. Thank you for a great stay!

The room we got had the bathroom right in front of the bed, which was only a problem as I was there with my mum. And we would wake each other if we wanted to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. We were thrilled when we were able to change our rooms.

You ask for central; we got it! Great location. Less than 10 minutes walk. If you're not used to the Portugal address system, (how to read and understand where you're going), it is awkward to find. The staff are so kind and helpful. The room was clean and had a fridge in. Bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to really dislike except a small leak from our shower. The staff were happy to clean up for us.

It was on the ground floor and close to the road, need to shut all the windows if you want a good sleep, but the room is so noisy and we woke up in the middle of the nights while the neighbour using toilet, making noise, talking or close the doors the bed is not comfortable, very shaky
