This was a great find when looking for value for money. Initially we were a little concerned as it appeared to be a hostel. However whilst the 1st floor is a hostel, the guest house part is located on the lower ground floor. Our room was spacious, had ample room, good space for clothes, and a good shower room. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows, and the room was clean. The location is good if you want to be able to walk within Loulé. There's no parking but we easily found parking on the street nearby. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of meat, cheese, breads, pastries, frui, yoghurt and cereals. In addition there is a menu to order such things as eggs, French toast (delicious) porridge etc. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. If we visit loulé again, we'd definitely stay here.

There wasn't anything that bothered us really, but some may find it a little noisy, from the road. However this is expected for a town centre location. Parking is no problem, but look out for the areas that you have to pay. We found a space just beyond the pay zone, but still only a few minutes walk away. The tea and coffee facilities are not in the room itself, but in a communal hallway. Again, not a problem, but worth noting (the room had robes). The table has a kettle and a nespresso machine, various teas etc and best of all, the cake not finished at breakfast is offered here. So, all in all, no negatives but points of note

Location was good for everything we needed. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, the staff were all extremely polite and helpful. I would 100% recommend for a nice, affordable place to stay.

If we were really nit picking, the shower wasn’t the best as it was a bit small and the shower head didn’t spray evenly. The breakfast was a bit basic, with some variety of options, but what was available was very good.

The room was decorated to a high standard, the bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful, and free sweeties, cake, mineral water and coffee were provided. What is there not to like? Towel robes and slippers were a nice touch, sadly my size 11s were too big for the slippers and the robe didn't meet round my middle and left my bits hanging out, but it is the thought that counts! The windows and shutters were ample to keep out the noise on the street (and A/C was provided for when the windows were shut). A wide variety of almost everything you could think of was provided for breakfast.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We had no issues with parking as there was free parking just a short walk away. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. We had a great stay!

We had read in previous reviews that there was often a lot of noise from the street. We were prepared for this, but fortunately, we didn't experience much disturbance as the city wasn't very busy during our stay.

Nice design of a room, very small but you can see that someone thought them through. Breakfast very nice. Free coffee and tea in the lobby are a very nice touch to the stay. Beds were comfortable and bathroom though shared very clean.

The only thing I can complain about is the lack of any space to park a car. We came during the weekend and streets nearby were packed with cars so it takes some time to drive around to find a spot. But it is a minor issue compared to how nice our stay was.

Very nicely decorated, clean and stylish hotel. Only 7 rooms so nice, small hotel. Lovely simple fresh breakfast included with very kind, friendly kitchen staff. Shared bathroom was shared with just 1 other room and was close by so really no problems there. Good location, just a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants. Quiet - no noise or problems from road or other guests. There is also access to the hostel facilities upstairs including kitchen but we didn’t use this. Free overnight parking available nearby on the street. Great location if you hire a car to get out and explore other places in the algarve. Lots of extra, thoughtful touches like the coffee machine and water fountain. Top quality for a guesthouse. Would definitely recommend staying here to friends

Room is a bit small but that really wasn’t a problem for us and it was very clean, bright and nicely decorated but may be tricky if you have a lot of luggage. Would have appreciated more fruit at breakfast. The rooms are in the basement so there is no proper window as such, this wasn’t a problem though as we were using this as a base to explore, rather than really spending time in the room.

Wow, wow, wow! My niece and I absolutely l9ved our stay and will book to stay longer next time. The fragrance of the room hits you as you step inside. Immaculately clean and well equipped right down to the pristine bathrobes and slippers. Little homemade cakes and fresh coffee are available in the room. The breakfast is sensation. The lady who prepares it ensures it is cooked exactly as you request. So charming. An absolute delight! Second time I have stayed here, and will definitely return. If you love quirky and immaculate, then this is the place for you!

Can't think of anything. No swimming pool and all that razzmatazz however this was not required. Free parking immediately outside on the street, free overnight however at 9am onwards payment is required. Low cost

Excellent stay. Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, spacious, great decor, great space and building. Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. I could not ask for more. I loved my stay here. I love a clean space and I got a clean space. And the girls were amazing. Great breakfast too.

The room was comfortable, styled, clean. Bathrobes available. Great breakfast. Espresso and tea plus cake available 24/7. The shared bathroom was mostly clean, amount of noise was manageable (the announcement of quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:00 helps). Very kind and helpful staff.

The price (end of July) was on the high side for a room with shared bathroom.

The rooms look exactly as described, the staff is very nice and the breakfast met our expectations. There is a water machine with cold water in the hallway, a coffee machine and cake available all day and night. Overall we had a great experience.
