The location was excellent right by the river. The accommodation was well equipped and clean and stylish. The breakfast was good choice.

The aircon didn’t work v efficiently so I am guessing when it’s really hot it wouldn’t be good. No wine glasses in a self catering place is not great but we dined out anyway. Breakfast was in the hotel a few doors down as is check in which is fine but no working lift so for elderly or inform not very helpful

I really like this apartment. It locates right next to the Luis bridge, so you can walk by the river whenever you want. Apartment was really clean, amount of towels was more than enough. Also I like renovated building so you can see raw materials of the walls. Actually I would say it was one of the most pleasant apartment I stayed.

Check-in was one of the most complicated in my experience. It was not too bad, but anyway much more complicated than usual. You need to enter pin at the front door, than when you came in you need to pick up a phone where the operator tells you what to do, and you need to pay city tax, but you can not do it in person, you can not do it on wire, you can only dictate the credentials of your card (only card number and expire date). Not so convenient. But other than that, the place is amazing.

The location was perfect, we could just walk out in the evening, and there was live music(you don't hear it in your room) and the picturesque Harbour, it was like a dream. It was very clean, and everything we needed was there!

The only thing that could be done better for us as they cleaned the hotel after 3 days, and we stayed for 4 nights, so by the third day, it was pretty dirty, and the last night was super clean only for the night. So for four-day stay, if they can do the cleaning halfway,(after 2 days), that would be perfect 👌 overall it was a really nice stay!

We had a fabulous apartment room which opened up to a tiny balcony. We could sit & watch the crowds pass under us. Location was fantastic.

Breakfast was ok, but the lift was broken in the breakfast building & you had to walk up two flights of stairs. Only a little & then no hot water. We were not told the hot water wasn’t working.

The location was perfect and the apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfast at the Oca Ribeira Hotel, a few doors down the street was excellent and there are small grocery shops very close by, as were lots of bars and restaurants on the waterfront. The staff at reception were very helpful- even emailed me within hours of checking out regarding some items I had forgotten to pack! We will definitely be returning, loved Porto and the accommodation.

Property itself was beautiful!! We loved the location and space.

It was difficult to communicate with them and check in. They threatened to call the police on us due to a miscommunication with documentation (one guests passport was missing from the required email). There is no reception or live person to help you, which is unsettling.

Exceptional stay in Porto! The apartment was a perfect mix of charm and comfort, with beautiful stone walls and stylish modern décor. We loved waking up to the stunning view of the Douro River through the traditional windows and shutters—it felt peaceful and private, even though we were just steps from the lively Ribeira district. The kitchenette was well-equipped and made it easy to enjoy a cozy dinner in. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had difficulty opening the main door to the building, which made entry frustrating at times—though staff were helpful and responsive when we reported the issue. There was no milk provided for tea or coffee, which felt like a small but noticeable omission. We also noticed minor mould in the shower, and the freezer needed defrosting before it could be used properly.

Modern app in great central location! Perfectly clean, communucation with staff excellent. The bulding was new, with elevator, check-in easy, video call from the lobby. The sofa bed on the app pictures looks small, only for 1 person BUT there's actually bigger sofa in the app, comfortable as real bed and suitable for 2 adults - info for those looking for a family app. Highly recommended!

After booking through booking.com the exact address was not provided . After three emails, I finally had the exact address of the hotel. When I arrived there was no one to meet me and no front desk, monkey to enter. Although there was a intercoms to phone the front desk but no one answered. There was a note to say where to find the reception at a different location. It wasn’t far but I was tired from traveling and would very much like to get settled without the hassle. After communicating to the hotel, they were very kind and polite and I have all the confident that this minor detail will get sorted soon. Other than that, this is the best hotel apartment I have ever stayed in.

Very modern studio with perfect location in the river district. The bed was nice and the bathroom was beautiful. Quiet and comfy. The staff is located in a hotel just down the street a 100 yards. They were very nice. Breakfast is offered there as well, if you want.

If you have a car, you cannot drive to the hotel area. You must park at the parking lots and walk with your bags. We parked at the lot next to the river, west of the river district. They have multiple day passes for reasonable prices.
