We toured three times all of Furnas in order to get to the Park with gather bathes, and this hotel happened to be right at the corner of the park - totally unexpected and lovely finding. Awesome view onto the green hills.

The door to room 1 was hardly closing without pressure. I was mostly with the open door when my husband would walk to the kitchen. There is no stove at the kitchen too, just certain equipment, but you can't cook really.

It was a nice location, at one edge of the town. Close to a big, free car park. Easy self check in. Small kitchen with communal fridge. No hub to cook anything though. Had washer and dryer available for use. Comfortable beds.

The cleaning was not the best. Our balcony was quite filthy and the floor was not well cleaned either. We had to clean the furniture on our balcony ourselves before we could use it (easy enough though). The doors and walls are also very thin. You can hear everything from the other guests. And the doors open and close very loudly. But we weren’t too bothered by it, and the others guests were quiet

Lovely location, free parking nearby and good value for money. We asked for an extra blanket and we had it already the next morning, also extra towels are provided. Daily cleaning. Common kitchen nicely organized.

Mainly no noise insulation - Bathroom door not really closing and isolating the bathroom from the main room. And the noise from the other doors being slammed or noises from the common kitchen. But I guess this should also be controlled by the guests themselves.

Nice room, accessible via code without staff close to Terra Nostra and the city. Extra towers for the mineral water in Terra Nostra, when staying only for one night not usable

The beeping when someone was opening the door to the room was bit loud. Generally you could hear from other rooms water, talking, etc. In the morning on the other side noise from the street Not able to keep luggage even after check-out

The building is in a great location and is easy to access with keyless door locks. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the WIFI was great. There is a small common kitchen with the necessary items to make a quick easy snack as well as a dining area with television. Parking is free and is just around the corner from the building. There are great trails to access and all the sites are in easy walking distance of the apartment. There are a number of local Restaurants that offer great food and service.

Everything was great and did not have any complaints or concerns.

Good clean hotel, next to 2 thermal pools. They give you thermal pools towel for free. Very good restaurant right at the property. Daily room cleaning. Very smooth check in, they sent all information in advance. Everything is great. I regret not to stay longer.

Unfortunately, neighbors can be noisy and when they speak you can hear them as they are right in your room. This was the only bad thing. Would be nice to have some rules related to the noise when people are in shared spaces. Especially, at night time.

It is a little diamond of a place. We had the best sleep - comfy bed and it was so quiet. Lovely view from the balcony. It’s the perfect location….Terra Nostra is just around the corners. At the most 15 min east to the Caldeiras o Vulcōes, 10 min walk to the gorgeous Poça da Dona Beija. We walked to the lake and it was about 25 min away. The room was spacious. A bonus that there are towels to take to the pools available in the room. We dined in the restaurant below….which was very tasty local produce plus the best service. The communication with Graça was superb…very quick and always helpful and accommodating. You can cook in the kitchen….we didn’t as we like to support the local business and try the local food. It’s a true 5*.

This is a well located apartment in Furnas. It is very easy to walk just about anywhere without having to move your car. There is a huge and free car park right next door, and there are a couple food options immediately surrounding the apartment. The space is bare bones and very small, but for the price is is worth it! We didn't need anything else than what we had.

It was very easy to hear our neighbors and the people at the bar next door during the night. It was not a huge problem for us but for a light sleeper it might be a turn-off.

It’s a self check-in hotel. Very easy to access. The bedroom is clean and the bed y confortable. What I liked the most is that you hace a kitchen a 3 tables for everyone to use, so you can have a quick breakfast or dinner close to your room. It is also very well located, 1minute walk from the Botanical Garden. They also offer you 10% discount for the restaurant next to the hotel and the Cozido it very good.

You can hear the door closing very strong from other guests rooms.

Amazing location, super convenient to get anywhere, a lot of parking space just in a minute away. Comfortable bed, good shower, shared kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal and there is even a washing machine. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only two things to mention: the room door handle was not functioning properly, it required some efforts to open the door to the room. And it would be really really convenient to have a proper place to dry clothes.
