The hosts (Gonçalo, Noemia, and of course little Matilda) Their hospitality was amazing, they treated us like family and helped us with everything we needed. The property was extremely clean, cleaners were in the house every day, maintaining the cleanliness of the property. We stayed in the main house which has shared kitchen, there was storage in the cupboards and fridge/freezer so we could buy things to cook for breakfast/lunch and dinner. The pool area was lovely, with facilities to wash your own clothes too free of charge!

Resort like vibes with easy access to well-appointed common areas. The rooms were really comfortable, spacious and clean. Plenty of parking available close to your rooms. The hosts were wonderful and helpful people throughout our stay and gave us some great recommendations of nearby places to check out. There are some nice cats on the property that come over to you for pets. Due to a last minute change in plans we ended up arriving really late on the first day and the hosts were really accommodative of our late check in. That truly set the tone for our stay in Pico island.

None worth mentioning.

The hosts are very friendly. The property is very beautiful and well managed. My room is in a luxury house with my own balcony with a sea view. Rooms are spacious. There is a mini-market nearby, and there is a kitchen and a BBQ area, plus a swimming pool. About 15-minute walk to the pier for the ferry to Sao Jorge.

There are not that many things you can do at Sao Roque if you don't drive, but this also applies for many other places at the Azores. The guesthouse is a very nice place to be if you just want to relax. A bit pricy for a room en suite in Portugal, though the property does provide other great facilities.

Amazing location, close to some very good restaurants, with an amazing view on the Pico on 1 side and San Jorge Island on the other. Fantastic pool with enough sitting area. We took the large apartment on the 1st floor. I highly recommend this location because Gonçalo and his wife really help you with visiting the island and have good connections for whale watching.

When it is very warm day, the rooms are not see easy to cool down, even with all windows and doors open including ventilators. So we did not sleep very well here.

We had an amazing stay! The property is so beautiful with a breathtaking view on Sao Jorge! Our room was very comfy, super clean. The commun rooms are really clean and there is enough space to hangout and have a good time. The location is great and they provide a taxi service which is cheaper than the taxi company on the island. But the best from this place is our host! This lovely couple who are so welcoming, sweet, friendly and available for their guests! They are making you living the dream with them! Thank you again for this amazing moment!

Pico Dreams is a beautiful Accomadation set back off the road in a quiet location but also walking distance to some restaurants, grocery stores and the ocean. The sunsets everynight where beautiful and beautiful outside patio. The rooms where spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great with a big dining area with great views. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I spent 5 nights there and was very happy with everything

Nothing

It is surrounded by trees. Making it very private and secluded, but close to town. The common areas are spacious. I liked being able to cook in the kitchen, then sit outside and enjoy your meal and the beautiful scenery. Or you can choose to eat in the beautiful dining room. The rooms are a nice size with a small patio to drink coffee in the morning or enjoy in the evening. Everything was spotless. The hosts were so helpful and gracious.

What a wonderful place. The place was clean and fresh and I had the best sleeps on the comfortable bed with crisp fresh linens. It was nice to be able to do a bit of laundry as well. I would definitely return

The only suggestion might be to offer napkins in the self serve kitchen so people don’t have to purchase and leave behind and maybe just a better quality of coffee instead of decaf instant coffee and fresh tea.

Beautiful house & garden (flowers) with a nice pool & view. Perfect to relax after a day of hike & visit. And then a really comfortable room. Everything was super clean (room, kitchen…) Staff super responsive to my messages. Gonçalo’s mom even gave me some homemade yogurts as some stuff disappeared in the fridge before my last night. Cute cats walking around the different houses.

That I always came back too late from my visits and couldn’t get to relax there more. I will also miss Nina the cat!

It was a lovely stay. We had a room with a terrace. The washing machine was free and every room had a laundry rack. Noemia was always available for questions. The kitchen was well organized. We would recommend staying here and would come back :)

The temperature in the room was not dropping during the night.
