Everything was so clean, the stuff always smiling from their heart and ready to assist. The room was super clean and most of all very very silent as you could not hear any noises from other rooms next door.

The staff was extremly friendly and welcome upon my arrival at the hotel. I have selected a specified check-in, however, I arrived earlier in Porto since my Alfa Pendular met the scheduled arrival time. Even tho, they checked me in an hour before my requested time and didn't charge any extra. The hotel location (Coimbrões) can offer a vast number of buses and trains to Porto-Campanhã or Gaia. You can do a 20 minutes walk to Gaia-Devesas station, which isn't that far from the hotel.

I didn't spend much time at the hotel to find out some bad aspects that could impact my experience. The only thing that comes to my mind is that you can't change the room temperature at all.

- Room is super clean. - if you have a car outside parking is free ( inside it cost money 6€ per night) - if you new in city leave car at parking and tour the city and if needed use uber. - near the highway super easy to get in and out from different city. -

there is nothing to didn’t like but i would like to give a suggestion.. i would love to see in my next trip a mini bar and pot to make water hot..

Very clean and quiet room. We loved that hotel has parking so we could leave our car and explore Porto by foot. It's so hard to find parking in Porto! We used Bolt and Uber to get to the historical center of Porto and back, it was fast and very affordable. We loved the idea that there are some restaurants very close to the hotel, so if you tired on the day of arrival you can go there. Loved smooth and fast checkout. Special thanks to Hermenesilda and Brenda. We definitely will stay there again.

The room was small but very well laid out. Double windows, when both were closed, absolutely no noise from the motorway. I liked that we had a choice to open both windows (2nd floor) for fresh air. Breakfast was good. Very clean facility.

The bathroom was very small. They could have supplied a pair of glasses. Instead there were just 2 very small paper cups.

We liked the breakfast, it was class. Room maintenance was also great and everything was always very clean. We had a great reception and kind workers.

In my opinion, the only problem there is is that there wasn’t a fridge in the rooms.

the breakfast was served from 6/30 - 12 pm, which was great - as I was attending an event and had late mornings. the reception is 24/7 and even though iron isn't part of the room, they're happy to borrow it for a 5e deposit. the breakfast buffet is large and varied enough for most diets except very strict ones; the recommendation would be to add no gluten products and non-dairy milk.

the rooms could be a bit bigger, and include a bottle of water, a kettle, mugs, teas and wooden spoons, as these are regulars at hotels. a small bottle of water 0,5l is 2,50e from the machine; the hotel doesn't sell 1l ones so make sure you get them from nearby ALDI or gas station 24/7. the check-in process took a while, we arrived around midnight, and to be fair we asked for a twin room instead of a double, but a mistake was made so we had to move once again. however, they manage to accommodate requests. some of the rooms look onto the motorway, if you prefer quiet sleep, request a quiet room in advance.

Comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast and easy to park in front of the hotel for free

I arrived there 1 hour after my check in time and my room wasn't ready yet. I left my luggage at the reception desk and went to Porto downtown. Not a big deal but it could have been very inconvenient if I had been coming from a long trip or something like that.

The value for money was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the towels were changed everyday which surprised us. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast choices were fine. Good bus connections to the city.

The location is out of the city centre and there are no local restaurants open in the evening. However, this wasn’t a major issue because we used UBER to go into Porto. The bar and restaurant were not open in the evening.

- OK breakfast. - So clean. - Free parking at back of hotel. I would say to leave your car in hotel and go to city center via uber. It is 5 to 8 euro. -

- Too small room. I understood that all rooms have the same size.
