I *highly* recommand Hilton as an alternative in Sofia in particular. In some europe cities you can find good hotels, but in Sofia I chages two hotels until chose Hilton, abd this is a whole! New level: The quality, the service, the cleaningness, the food ( -There's a dinner Buffe on Mondays eve .. ), the spa - Everything was perfect! I was looking for a place to attend video meetings for my work, and this was also possible there, but for leiture travel I also think it's the best option in the city ( Unless you travel with children etc.. )

It would be nice to have a pool / Jacuzzi ... But it wasn't critical to me.

It was one of the best experience I had. The hotel, the rooms were very clean even though there was a construction work. All the reception, housekeeping and breakfast/restaurant staff were very helpful and always met us with happy and smiling faces. Special thanks to Poli and her staff for all friendly conversations and helps during our stay. The hotel is just walking distance from the city centre. I highly recommend it to anyone.

While booking the hotel it was saying "free parking" but while checking in we have been told "it is not free". Didn't want to make a big thing out if it but in general parking can be free for the hotel guests.

Good location

The room was cold and the stuff stoll my things and then they bring it back to me and the clean lady was not bulgarian….. we are in Bulgaria how is posible thath the stuff in not Bulgarian they spoke to me in englesh and the botels for the water wasent clean

Carpet in all the rooms/ massage service outsourced and quality depends on called out masseuse - mine experience was not good at all

Excellent food, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed and great bathroom. Location for our work whilst there was excellent too. We particularly enjoyed the vibe of the bar in the evening.

Room was comfortable, clean, shower was nice, breakfast, location, gym and the hotel lobby.

An espresso mashine is missing in the room and it would be nice if there was a pool in a hotel.

Top level. What can we say? Simply wonderful in every sense. The bathroom, the bed, the cleanliness, the staff- everything to spoil you and make your stay a joy! We'll be back!

Everything! Restaurant was very, very good. Hotel itself very stylish and well air conditioned.

In-room chocolates! Nice touch, but weirdest fillings ever 🤷‍♂️

The hotel was excellent and every staff member was both helpful and friendly. Spa was a slight let down but overall a fabulous stay
