We arrived at 8 am from our cruise via a good priced taxi, and waited there for our friends to pick us up at 10. The personnel found my reservation, stored our luggage & let us help ourselves to a variety of coffee & tea. We sat on couches in the lobby. We left until check in at 4, happily got comfy in our room, then ate in the adjoining restaurant. We only wished that we knew that there was a Happy Hour for drinks and some foods before. We'd just missed it. We slept & showered fine. We could have made coffee in our room, but I went to the lobby for the fancy stuff. The shuttle was on time & the airport was wonderful, with a reasonably priced Tim Hortons.

We were next to the highway, but on 3rd floor. There were a few noisy cars, but it wasn't too bad.

The room was very nice once I finally got into it. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport which worked out well.

Admittedly I got to the hotel a half hour early, before check in which was 4:00 p.m. I sat around in the lobby which was not air conditioned since my room was not ready. An hour later, and after two to three inquiries, my room was still not ready. By now it's 4:30 and past check-in time. Finally the front desk did an inquiry with housekeeping to find out why my room was not yet ready and housekeeping had just forgotten to check it off that it was completed. You'd think they might have investigated a little sooner.

Helpful staff, great value. Free shuttle to airport is great, it is less than 10 minutes away.

Room was a bit noisy - next to highway, windows probably too thin/not properly sealed or isolated. It was definitely not terrible, I could sleep well, but still worth mentioning.

Location - I was looking for a hotel near the airport due to the flight schedule the next morning, and I found this hotel that is near the airport and provides the shuttle. It was easy to reach the hotel by buses, and there are places to eat and buy stuff in walking distance. The room was very clean and cozy. Plenty of electrical outlets, and fast internet speed.

There was nothing particularly bad, but if I had to say one, the hotel was far from downtown. (But as I already mentioned in the positive answer field, that was not a bad thing to me at all)

Location is super convenient for multiple destination goals if you’re sightseeing, shopping or dining and are willing to navigate transit options. Clean place to rest at the end of the day, budget friendly for me.

Some of the linens just need to be retired and replaced/up-cycled/donated. (Think: for washing your car, or donating to an animal shelter) Quite a few of my towels were patchy and threadbare in places, which is a thumbs down for paying $200+ a night hotel stay. Most of the staff are polite and friendly enough, but some gave off too many “don’t want to be here” vibes during front-facing interactions, and that comes across as poor representation for this business.

If you need a cost-effective stay near the Vancouver airport, this is a perfect hotel for you. The rooms were comfortable, there is on-site parking and the attached White Spot restaurant makes it unnecessary to go look for food. The staff was helpful and attentive. There is a shuttle at no extra cost. If you call the hotel from the shuttle area phone in the terminal, be patient as it can take several minutes to answer if they are busy. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the bottom of Granville Street where you can find other shops, cafes, and some restaurants.

Wait time to answer the shuttle phone at the airport terminal was quite long.

The facility was old but ok and clean

Having to wait at the airport for the shuttle. Another couple were waiting also and they had waited an hr and a half. Our wait was over a half hour. It was aggravating when I tried to call for a ride and they would not answer the phone. I tried both *23 and the other number on the confirmation. Neither phone was answered. I also called from the room one night and the front desk would not answer the phone either.

Great service, shuttle picked me up from the airport. I arrived much earlier than check in and my room was already ready. Great location, right near the airport and a little out of town so a lot quieter and better atmosphere. Bus stop right next to the hotel for easy access into downtown Vancouver.

Had trouble getting a hold of them via phone when requesting pickup from the resort but the shuttle arrived at the pick up spot even without me requesting it so no biggy.

The shuttle service. It ran on a half hour basis, which meant not too much time waiting at the airport. What I particularly apprteciated was the double step and grab bar to get into the shuttle as I have limited mobility. The driver also helped me in and out. The bed was very confortable, and the room well equipped and in a quiet spot.

Nothing we encountered, all went smoothly. Great place for an overnight between flights (as was our case), and I suspect it would do quite well for a longer stay.

Comfortable hotel near the airport. Room large and clean. In the room microwave, fridge and coffee and tea set. Good restaurant serving decent breakfasts. We used the parking on the hotel premises. The hotel offers free airport transfer. Small shop with basic food and hygiene products at the reception.
