The room that we stayed in was in the 30th floor and had a balcony. Room was large and had a bedroom and separate living room. Nicely, outfitted through out the room and the rain shower and bathroom amenities were a nice touch! Also have to mention that the hotel is centralized to good food and restaurants near by as well. We will be back…. Our breakfast server for the past 2 days were amazing ladies. They were very friendly and helpful. Also on another positive encounter was when I initially checked in with your valet staff. They were very helpful and friendly. There is a couple of gentleman I didn’t get there names but one helped me on Friday afternoon older Asian gentleman he had helped me map out my adventures for the day. So definitely will recommend this Hilton property to my friends and family.

Bums sleeping on the side walk in front of where you turn off the street into valet. I know it’s not your fault but wanted to bring it up to your attention. I saw this on Friday at about 8pm as I was pulling into valet.

Nice pool facilities and gym. Room was nice and big

The price is a bit much for what you get, as well as all the fees, parking and pet fee was very expensive compared to other downtown properties. We have a service dog/Thearapy dog and we're still charged a fee of $50. We stayed at Level Vancouver the next night as Hilton was over 600 per night, Level was 390 and they didnt charge us for our service dog and parking was cheaper. We will not stay at the Hilton again.

The staff. They upgraded our room free of charge when they saw my mother of 91 was not comfortable in the room we booked

The breakfast menu was not that international. It was mostly English breakfast. Mediterranean type of breakfast or pancakes with maple syrup can be added. We were disappointed not to find maple syrup with pancakes

The Hilton always stands to its name, and if your looking for any amazing experience in hospitality, and some where that really goes the extra mile to make it feel like home. The Hilton hotels should be your first thought, in the center of everything the food, transportation, and night life are amazing. Your in the heart of down town, but they make you really feel like your in your own penthouse. Amazing staff who remember you by name, and go that extra mile to make sure your cared for. The price is worth every Penny we stayed on our over a week long trip and I would send anyone looking for an amazing experience in Vancouver here!

I will say, as we did stay a bit longer there was no laundry facilities in house. Which wasn’t to bad since I found one in the city, but the cost per night you could assume they’d have a laundry room accessible to guests

It was a very short stopover, but it's location in downtown was great and it was easy to get everywhere. We didn't have a car so we walked and caught public transport around the city. The staff at the reception desk were so helpful for tourists with things to do and where to go. The porters were also so friendly and really made an effort to greet all the guests as we were coming and going. The pool and spa were fantastic and heated it was so nice to sit in a warm spa at night when there was light snowfall, this was a first for me.

Great price for location, parking was easy and accessible. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Whoever delivered us room service, saw me struggling with what to tip and could have just said the tip was included already. Maybe he didn't hear or there was a language barrier there but the restaurant staff fixed it up for us when we went to check out.

Wonderful stay at the Hilton. It’s close to great coffee shops and restaurants, shopping and lovely walks along False Creek. Parked the car for the entirety of our stay and went everywhere on foot. Bed was super comfy, tv screen is large and views were amazing. Booking later would have made it a cheaper stay.

How friendly the staff were and the location

Location was excellent. Nice to have the use of outdoor pool and hot tub. Good size room for a family of 3 with separate bedroom and great city view from the 17th floor.

Everything was good. Perhaps proper mugs in the rooms rather than disposable cups.

Lunch was fantastic!! Very tasty menu and wonderful staff. Our bellboy was wonderful. His name has slipped my mind but worked day shift both on our arrival on Monday and again today September 6th.

The only suggestion I have is that a mirror could (should) be installed in hallway that lights up for makeup/hair/outfit. When room is booked for 4 females it is very difficult to all get ready with mirrors only in bathroom and behind bathroom door. Not enough space for 4 in bathroom.
