The room is spacious and comfortable. I really love the location. It is very convenient to go to other places. There are lots of restaurant and shopping center near the hotel. It is also located near the subway station, which is great for us.

There is cleaning service everyday, which is a bonus point. However, they always clean quite early in the morning, which interrupted our rest/sleep. Besides, when they finished cleaning our room, they carelessly closed the door - it was not fully closed (what if there are lost in our stuff?). When I complain this with the reception staff, the lady there did not sincerely apologize us, I felt like she did not take this issue seriously.

We arrived after 7pm and had parking in a nearby public parking lot. In front of the hotel there is no suitable place to parking and take luggage out because it is a bus stop. This experience was bad for us because we had an 8 month old baby and my husband was recovering from a back injury. Regarding public parking lot, it is close by and costs 27 dollars for 24 hours. It's an open space without any type of security but we didn't have any problems. If you don’t have a car it will not be a problem because there is a bus stop front of the Hotel and Subway/Metro very close to the hotel too.

Had a fantastic stay at Sens hotel in Montreal! The room was impeccably clean and stylish, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend

One thing to note: The hotel offers paid parking (around $30/day), but it's important to be aware that the lot is not on-site and requires a 15-minute advance notice to retrieve your car. This wasn't a deal-breaker for me, but it's good information to have for future guests.

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff at front reception...close to mountain (steps to Belvedere Lookout), walkable to Bell Centre for event, close to shopping and restaurants, metro station less than 5 minute walk. Took advantage of the valet parking available and the car was returned very quickly at checkout.

Perfect walking distance to downtown and McGill campus. Nice boutique feel. Loved the view from the room facing Mt Royal. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great to have a Nespresso in the room too.

Noisy air con / fridge on the landing (11th floor) It was also very hot and stuffy in the corridor which made the hotel feel a bit rustic. The toilet was leaking when we arrived but was quickly fixed. A slightly more affordable breakfast would be even better. We ventured out instead to get value for money. We only needed a coffee and croissant so $20pp was a bit steep. The rooms facing the south side must be disappointed with the view of the adjacent building wall.

The design of the hotel was nice. The rooms were large and had iron and ironing board. Bathroom was a nice design although a little small perhaps. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Staff were helpful and the location was good. Staff were knowledgeable about the local area and able to offer recommendations.

No valet parking space to fit in our truck when we arrived late, but public parking available locally for about the same price. Staff were very apologetic. The shower pressure was terrible, it was very disappointing actually and took away from the whole experience.

The beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure was great and the towels were nice and big. The location was very good for getting around Montreal.

Our room appeared to be directly under the gym, and guests frequently dropped weights on the floor, making this not a quiet room. I also was not aware that there was a parking charge, especially so high of a charge.

Desk staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Housekeeping was so thorough! It was nice to have fresh towels, though perhaps I could have continued to use the soap we had already opened.

Really it was all wonderful! The lighting in the room was a little harsh, but it didn't make the experience unpleasant.

After checking in I realized I received a complimentary upgrade all the way to a penthouse! The room was stunning, on the last floor, spacious, clean, with a panoramic view of the whole city. Best room I've ever gotten! Staff were friendly, kind, and quick both at check-in and check-out. Location is perfect. I will be definitely staying again and recommending this hotel to everyone.

Unfortunately, my neighbours were a super loud couple that stayed up until 6 am watching TV, arguing, and screaming at their dog. I didn't get a good sleep as there was a connecting door between my bedroom and theirs so I was hearing everything and their noise kept me up.
