Our club room was very comfortable, perfect for our needs. All the staff at the Sheraton were very helpful. We really enjoyed an evening meal at the Bistrot restaurant. The freshly cooked breakfast counter items were excellent. The additional hospitality on 22 March, celebrating earth hour, was a nice touch.

The main pool area could be improved by providing a few more parasols. The food served at pool bar area could be improved.

We had a great stay at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi. Everything was well-organized, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. There were always plenty of staff available for every need. A special thank you to Amona and Ramzan at the reception, who assisted us with everything. Also, I’d like to highlight the Club Lounge, which was fantastic – always offering fresh and diverse food options, high-quality drinks, and excellent service. A big thank you to Chaw and Nishadi for their kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. The gym is well-equipped and accessible 24/7. Both the pool and the beach were great, with helpful and attentive staff.

One small suggestion: it would be nice if the main pool had an adults-only section.

Smooth check-in process. Nice clean room and good size bathroom. Breakfast options were very good. Pool and beach were very nice. Easy to get cabs and rides to different areas. Ordered from room service a few times and prices weren't hiked up. Plenty of complimentary water.

Tavern was pretty dire and the general food options were basic (aside from breakfast) but prices were reasonable (but did not go to the Bistro). I wish the hotel would pay for a proper music license as the rip-off songs they played at the beach/poor were terrible renditions and limited in diversity. Was also disappointed in the tiny balcony that was too small to be able to sit outside, but they all seemed to be like this in the general rooms. Didn't think paying for "sea view" was worth it as there is a big building obstructing the view.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and enabled a good nights sleep. The breakfast was equipped with everything I could asked for. The food was of high quality and selection as same as variety was great. The beach and pool was very nice and I could always find a spot to relax in the resort. The gym and spa were a great add-on to fully immerse. The location of the hotel was convenient for sightseeing like the Presidents' Palace, Emirates Towers, the Grand Mosque or Louvre. Everything was reachable by public transport for a reasonable price. I booked a club room which was well worth the extra money as I profit from afternoon snacks and a happy hour for free drinks in the evening in the club lounge.

The only things I could complain about which are high-end minors overall. The windows weren't fully sound proof so I could hear the traffic during night and the leaf blower for cleaning the resort in the early morning hours. If you could fix the issue with the windows it will be a 10 out of 10.

I made a booking for all our family members in Sheraton as the great feedback about the hotel made me feel that this place will be perfect. Our flight was delayed and we arrived to Sheraton in the busy time, from the very first step into the Sheraton, we were met with warm smiles and a welcoming spirit, especially from Amona at the front desk. Her kindness positivity and a guiniune smile made our mood up from the long trip we forgot about the tiredness it really set the tone for an incredible stay. From the thoughtful sea-view upgrade to the sweet treats that awaited us in the room. Her attention to details and offering us a cup of coffee made us feel very welcomed and cared. Making discount for dinner for our family and ensure the table was reserved for us, I can not thank her enough for her service and hospitality and good behavior in such busy conditions…. The room was given was bright, with a beautiful view of the sea and pool was exactly what we needed for a perfect vacation. Every staff member we encountered was eager to help, making us feel truly cared for, and it’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Thank you to the such amazing team at Sheraton for creating a stay we’ll always remember.

I am so lucky that I choosed this hotel which really made me saficfied with an exceptional service they provide. In the entrance I met the employee named Amona I thought she is Ispanion 🇪🇸 l started to talk Spanish but she is from Dushanbe city I travelled once and I felt in love in this place with a very kind hearts. From the first impression her beautiful smile and gineune respect to other people and the way of communication made me really feel home and I can not enough thank the manager of the hotel for having such kind of employee. She helped me with my luggage and gave me quiet room. Later I received a fruit basket with a signature. And whenever I came to her for asking something she is happy to assist me. She advised me to try the Soul beach near the hotel it was such a beautiful place even you can feel like in Maldives I couldn’t imagine to see such beautiful view in Abu Dhabi 😍The gentleman Muhammad helped me to check if there is a good restaurant and advised me to make a booking. I enjoyed the dinner with my friends. The food in the restaurant Flavours is always full of delicious options and thank you to 🧑‍🍳 Moustafa for his kindness and good hands. He cooked a very special food for me which the taste of it I will never forget in my life. I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely I will come back again for this great people who are always willing to assist me.🙏

We spent 12 days here in undisturbed peace. The hotel staff is extremely polite, kind, and smiling. We received immediate answers to our questions, and it was instantly resolved whenever we had a request. We want to thank and give our endorsement to Mohamed, Amona, Soufiane, Khadija, and Ibrahim for their extraordinary hospitality and wish them continued success in their work. We booked a club room on 7th floor overlooking resort with lounge access. The room was large, spotlessly clean, bed comfortable and room was well maintained during our stay. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Club lounge food and drinks equally good and pleasant atmosphere. Gym was large and lots of available equipment, two separate well supervised pools and poolside bar, plenty sunbeds available at beach with beach towels. Staff exceptional throughout the resort.

Smoking in the Tavern bar and the nightclub, needs better ventilation for benefit of other guests

Everything was great. The staff was exceptional. They greeted us with a smile, very attentive. Unfortunately I forgot the name but there was a guy in reception and he let us in early, at 10am. The cleaning staff was smiley and very good mannered as well. Very nice. They were providing any item that was needed. In general, staff always was willing to be helpful. At first, we couldn’t find hair drier and they brought us extra in the matter of minutes. Amro was exceptional!! He was very nice, very friendly, very efficient. He spoke both English and Russian. Us kids communicated in English with him and he spoke in Russian with my parents. He helped us with shuttle bus and anything in general. Very nice person. He was very welcoming and felt like a friend. Also, there was a girl in breakfast reception who was very helpful and friendly. She gave me detailed information and offered me to register on web for hotel and further info and offers, and I did too. Staff in reception: Sakr, Amona, Mohmed — very nice, very helpful, very friendly. They were all ready to be of service and they were efficient. I don’t remember all names but the guy in the night shift also gave us extra keys, we are family and rooms were on different floors so this way we could access easily. There was also one girl that gave me and my mom roses on valentines. Very nice gesture. Rooms were very comfortable, pool water warm and nice. The beach area great!! We loved it there. Had a really good time! Thank you, to all the staff for taking care of us.

There wasn’t much. Only that rooms are not sound proof from the corridor, anything going on in the corridor was hearable. We loved morning sleep and sometimes the voices woke us up. And in the bathroom, if I showered with full force water, it would flood the bathroom. But this is irrelevant. I would only suggest to do something about proofing rooms so that voices from corridor won’t be easily hearable in the bedrooms.
