Our club room was very comfortable, perfect for our needs. All the staff at the Sheraton were very helpful. We really enjoyed an evening meal at the Bistrot restaurant. The freshly cooked breakfast counter items were excellent. The additional hospitality on 22 March, celebrating earth hour, was a nice touch.

The main pool area could be improved by providing a few more parasols. The food served at pool bar area could be improved.

We had a great stay at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi. Everything was well-organized, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. There were always plenty of staff available for every need. A special thank you to Amona and Ramzan at the reception, who assisted us with everything. Also, I’d like to highlight the Club Lounge, which was fantastic – always offering fresh and diverse food options, high-quality drinks, and excellent service. A big thank you to Chaw and Nishadi for their kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. The gym is well-equipped and accessible 24/7. Both the pool and the beach were great, with helpful and attentive staff.

One small suggestion: it would be nice if the main pool had an adults-only section.

The hotel staff made our stay, they were excellent and so attentive to many to mention, especially the house keeping staff. One in particular I would like to mention was Shabilal, originally from Napal. His kind smile and polite hello daily was so lovely to meet as we left our room. He really was excellent, our room was so clean everyday. Also the beach lifeguards and all the pool staff were excellent at their jobs.

The road was so close and it was hard to get used to daily, if I was staying again, I would ask for a beach view or a higher floor.The room was a bit on the small side and we had no room to put our luggage, but was cleaned excellent everyday. It was on the front of the road on the 2nd floor and could hear the traffic. After a few days it did not bother us as much.

5-Star Stay at Sheraton Resort – Perfect in Every Way! I recently stayed at the Sheraton Resort for 5 days, and I can confidently say it was one of the best resort experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Whether I needed assistance with my room, restaurant recommendations, or just a friendly smile, they were always there. The resort facilities are top-notch. The pool area is beautifully maintained, the gym is well-equipped, and there are plenty of relaxing spots throughout the property. The views were absolutely stunning – whether from my room balcony or while dining, I was constantly surrounded by natural beauty. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts I could ask for. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough each day. Everything I needed was right there, and I never had to worry about a thing. Overall, the Sheraton Resort exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and worry-free getaway, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be coming back! We had a wonderful stay and it was beyond expectations. Mr. Min warmly welcomed us and assisted with our check-in. We had requested a high floor and he made sure we got a lovely room just as we hoped. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, Min even surprised us with a special cake, which made the experience even more memorable.The buffet at the restaurant was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the staff Ms. Lin was all very attentive and friendly. We like the swimming pool very clean and relaxing.A big thank you to Mr. Min for going above and beyond to make our stay so special. Truly unforgettable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sheraton Abu Dhabi and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Special thanks to Wasim at the reception, who went above and beyond in making our stay even more enjoyable. He recommended we try the Club Lounge, and it was definitely worth the investment! The exclusive access, excellent food, and relaxing atmosphere added so much value to our stay. A big shout-out also goes to Ramzan, the bellboy, who assisted us with our luggage and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. His friendly attitude and attention to detail were much appreciated. The hotel had a lot to offer, but I do have a suggestion for improvement: it would be lovely to have some background music around the pool area. It would really enhance the overall atmosphere, making it even more enjoyable. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a relaxing getaway. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making it a memorable experience!

Smooth check-in process. Nice clean room and good size bathroom. Breakfast options were very good. Pool and beach were very nice. Easy to get cabs and rides to different areas. Ordered from room service a few times and prices weren't hiked up. Plenty of complimentary water.

Tavern was pretty dire and the general food options were basic (aside from breakfast) but prices were reasonable (but did not go to the Bistro). I wish the hotel would pay for a proper music license as the rip-off songs they played at the beach/poor were terrible renditions and limited in diversity. Was also disappointed in the tiny balcony that was too small to be able to sit outside, but they all seemed to be like this in the general rooms. Didn't think paying for "sea view" was worth it as there is a big building obstructing the view.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and enabled a good nights sleep. The breakfast was equipped with everything I could asked for. The food was of high quality and selection as same as variety was great. The beach and pool was very nice and I could always find a spot to relax in the resort. The gym and spa were a great add-on to fully immerse. The location of the hotel was convenient for sightseeing like the Presidents' Palace, Emirates Towers, the Grand Mosque or Louvre. Everything was reachable by public transport for a reasonable price. I booked a club room which was well worth the extra money as I profit from afternoon snacks and a happy hour for free drinks in the evening in the club lounge.

The only things I could complain about which are high-end minors overall. The windows weren't fully sound proof so I could hear the traffic during night and the leaf blower for cleaning the resort in the early morning hours. If you could fix the issue with the windows it will be a 10 out of 10.
