It was a lovely location. The views from the pool were fabulous and the staff were accommodating and friendly, right on the ball to help with any needs.

The rooms were dirty and run down. The first room I was not expectied. There was already five people in it and the family was having fun and a lot of trips in and out to the beach bringing in sand . The mom cooked in the room to keep costs down. I can see how they get worn. The next day I got a room on second floor. The room carpets were filthy, and there was a huge spot of spill in front of desk. In addition. The shower handle was loose and was weird to turn. The room! should not have been rented until carpet replaced. I paid just under the same rate the ocean front rooms were advertised for. Next time Won't hesitate to ask to move rooms and if needed hotels.

The things I liked about my stay was the location. You could pretty much walk to all the attractions within 10 minutes. The rooms we stayed in were both clean, and the beds were comfortable. I also liked that it was a beachfront property, and it has a pool.

I didnt like the parking situation because it did get full so we were told to park across the street at a different building. I also did not like that they do not carry roll away beds. I came with my wife, our 4 kids, sister in law,, and her 3 kids. I rented 2 rooms however 2 kids had to sleep on the floor.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others but not if it's a romantic get-a-way. I did upgrade to a beach view room but just to look at a beach shouldn't cost an extra $56 a night, a little high I think for being so late in the year. Parking is ok. Staff and the room were the best at this location. Everyone was very helpful, and the rooms seemed very clean. I'm not sure how old the building is, but I would recommend slowly fixing it up. Fresh paint goes a long way. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you .

I like how easy check in was, how the staff were understanding about basic things and willing to help- there was free breakfast with not much variety which was okay cause I honestly just like the muffins. I liked how it was cleaned up too.

The toilet is eco- so it only flushes once every 5-10 minutes and that can be a bit frustrating. The shower ceilings had mold and tears in the drywall, and the shower bars and ect were broken which we didn’t use. The microwave was broken. The only major dislikes honestly were that it’s close to road as is any hotel but there were lots of people outside at night screaming and loud noises from drunk people.

Location is on the beach! Beautiful views and access directly to the beach, pool was big and clean, room was big with a separate room at the back as we had a room with 3 large beds, washer and dryer available which we used no issues, reception were helpful with change for the washer, breakfast was good, they had muffins, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, make your own waffles, coffee and juice selection, good value for money

The smell of weed! Of a evening especially it was bad but that wasn’t the hotels fault

I didn't like the door that had a broken lock. We had to get new keys every time we're left the room. That was a pain. It could open a little as the floor was higher than the door and we had to go in sideways. It was a pain. Front desk did offer to change out room as soon as one became available.

What we ordered we had to pay an extra 168 dollars more for because booking.com did get what we ask for and way over charged for what we had when we got there . Be for we got there I called booking.com and the person I talk with was not helpful or very nice I will probably never use bookings.com again and I will advise my friends not to use it

We arrived to check in but our room wasn't ready yet. We were asked to wait about 40 minutes so we checked out the beach and walked around a bit. I didn't mind one bit, the few housekeepers we saw were working as quickly as they could in the immense heat. We always check for bugs right when we arrive, bed and otherwise, and found no evidence of any. The beds were comfy, the air kept our room nice and cold, the pool was nice, the ocean view was beautiful. We were offered new towels and trash bags daily and the staff was very pleasant. I don't understand all the bad reviews. My daughter and I have stayed many places and are pretty easy to please but sometimes I forget that some people just live to complain. There is evidence of hurricane damage but the sight of it did not disrupt our vacation, neither did the construction of the hotel next door. There was always plenty of ice but I couldn't tell you about the breakfast option as we only popped in once to grab a blueberry muffin. Also not sure about the elevator as we normally take the stairs for a couple different reasons. I did notice they have several cameras around the property. Our door lock switch didn't work so we had to use the chain but I prefer that anyway. I never felt our safety was in question while staying here.

Parking could probably be better. We didn't personally have a problem but I could see how it could be an issue. The fire alarm went off 3 of the 5 nights we stayed, each time after midnight. I was told it's usually kids messing around and the first time it happened it kind of freaked me out. The other times it was just like Oh, there it is again lol Also there was a lot of extra room in our room and felt like maybe a small table and a chair or 2 would have fit nicely.

I liked the fact that this hotel was on the beach. Very pretty view every morning. The room was a good size and comfortable. And the cost for all of this was extremely reasonable. I will be staying there again.

I didn't dislike anything. I was very happy with my stay. I can't complain about anything. However, I did notice that there was a group of 10 people in the swimming pool, and when beach patrol came by to advise that it was time for all cars to leave the beach, these people got out of the pool and went to their car, and left. Maybe some kind of security at the gate that goes from the pool to the beach is needed so that only people staying at the hotel are the only ones able to use the pool.

It was a great price and right on the beach! Also, they had a very nice pool. A good breakfast, not a huge variety, but very good. Very clean. The beds were comfy, and the room was clean. They also changed linens every day, which, had I known, I would have told them it wasn't necessary. We only stayed two days. I would definitely stay again!!!
