It was excellent. Customer service was amazing and fabulous. Also, it was nice that the hotel room had a small kitchen and kitchenwares. The quality of water was really nice. It’s good to have a gym and swimming pool although I wasn’t able to use them. The outside of hot view looked gorgeous and luxurious. The price was very nice compared to the high quality of hotel amenities.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was about the breakfast menu. The staff over the phone stated that they serve omelette and hot breakfast. Next morning, I found out that there was an omelette station, but a kitchen staff said that this hotel wouldn’t serve omelette until next month and she needs to check with a hotel manager. So it was a great disappointment. Besides the omelette, the main breakfast food (French toasts, eggs, and sausage) weren’t cooked well. I wish the manager gives a more attention to the quality of breakfast next time.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Kinda noisy, but to be expected...except the nonstop barking next door. Very clean & comfortable. I want to express my gratitude to Raul. This gentleman was taking out trash & then noticed I was using crutches. It was snowy & a little icy. Not only did he help my husband get me safely to the sidewalk, but he also helped unload our car into his bin & take our belongings to our room. Yes, we did tip him well, but I felt the need to have him recognized for going out of his way to help us. It's rare anymore to have someone go above & beyond.

The elevators were a bit scary with all the noise they were making & the shaking.

Nice rooms. I stayed in two rooms here (two different visits). Rooms are comfortable and clean. Showers have good water pressure and beds have quality mattresses. Kitchenette is functional and very convenient. Building was quiet and I slept well every night. Location is excellent and you have everything you need nearby. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I always felt safe and never worried about crime or unscrupulous people being in the building. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful the front desk staff and management were during my stay! They were fantastic and went above and beyond to be hospitable and welcoming. It was greatly appreciated!

Nice hotel, reasonably priced. The room was a good size and we appreciated the kitchenette! The breakfast was standard "hotel free breakfast" fare - not exciting but not terrible considering it's included in the room price.

The pool and jacuzzi were...meh. The area was clean and the sauna + little work out room were great but the pool was absolutely freezing and the jacuzzi was, at best, luke warm which, to us was a pretty big let down!

The rooms are a nice size. The pull out couch is great when traveling with kids, and having a kitchen was a huge bonus. I also like that this property is pet friendly.

The rooms could have been cleaner. There was pubic hair in our shower. They were also weird about giving us towels. We stayed for a week and on our 3rd night we asked for clean towels but didn’t ask again until night 6. I was given 2 towels and when I asked for two more (there are 5 of us) I was told not to be greedy. When I told the front desk it was only our second time asking for towels I was given two more. The pool was also freezing cold.

As a first time visitor to the US glad I came to Schaumburg and Hyatt House in particular. The location is spot on serene.

There was nothing to dislike other then housekeeping being just a tad bit lazy in picking up the trash when asked a few times but the on site manager his prompt response to come to the room himself not that is GRADE A in my books.

The employees were very friendly, checking in and out was a breeze. Very roomy. Kitchen was clean and well supplied. Loved the front door of hotel locked at night.

I am very short...so I had a difficult time moving the shower head that was pointing toward the wall rather then the middle. Also the bedding. The top like quilt was old so the cotton padding made little lumps which could be felt when you sleep. Could use a little brighter colors.

breakfast was great - personal omelet made for us. nice variety of fruit - many options for breakfast to choose from. Room exceptionally large and the layout was terrific for privacy. Bed clean and comfortable. Staff from the time we checked in to the time we left a couple days later, was outstanding, professional, friendly, and courteous.

Everything was great

The staff was very helpful. I was in a ♿️ accessible room, and it was great to be able to move around. I also enjoyed the pool. When I went, there was only a young family there and we had a good time.
