The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and coffee was excellent. The buttons in question #2 don't work so you can put the happiest face on all of them.

The pillows were too THICK and I woke with a stiff neck each morning. Also, I requested no feathers or down, but that was ignored. I can understand if you're assigning rooms last minute, but at least tell the guest that there was no time to remove feathers and down, then IDENTIFY what in the room might be a problem. I woke with eyes swollen shut because there was a feather pillow hidden amongst 3 non-feather pillows. I assumed there would be no feathers since every other hotel I've stayed in (hundreds) has removed feathers or down beforehand, if requested. If you cannot accommodate these requests, remove feathers from your rooms altogether, like many other chains have done, and don't make your guests suffer.

Hot breakfast was very good with a variety of items offered. Location was perfect: only 5 minutes from the pickup place where the tourbus we were using was, immaculately clean and modern room.

Just before checking out I decided to use the bathroom. Couldn’t get out as the door came off track and couldn’t be opened. Fortunately I was staying in room with a friend who went to front desk for assistance. No maintenance person was working. Finally was able to get door opened by my friend and a housekeeper working together to wedge a scissors under part of door off the track. If I had been alone in room there would have been no way for me to get help as no phone/emergency call to front desk available in bathroom and one doesn’t usually bring personal cell phone into bathroom with them.

Check in was fast and easy. The place was packed but the building remained very quiet. The bed was very comfy and I loved the pillows. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options.

The coffee station in the lobby ran out twice between 7 and 9 a.m. under the bathroom sink looked like cleaning in corners had been missed.

I always appreciate arriving to a spacious and protective portico at the front of a hotel. Check-in was very efficient and Tom (who was on the front desk) was extremely welcoming and helpful. Did not have breakfast in the morning but my spouse did and said it was very good. I like the 24/7 availability of coffee and tea in the lobby area.

No guest computer workstations available in the lobby.

Room was very clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, staff were all helpful and pleasant, breakfast was good. Cookies were a pleasant surprise.

The walk-in shower was not actually good for a wheelchair - glass sliding doors and no shower chair, although a transfer with the doors would have been difficult anyway. The dining area was also very crowded & hard to maneuver with the WC.

We lost power for two days. My daughter’s house got very cold so I made reservations here. She said the bed was so comfortable. Her dog is very old. At home he does not sleep on the bed. Apparently he does not find it comfortable, but here he did so you have that old dog’s stamp of approval. Thank you so much. She appreciated it.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I missed breakfast the 1st day, but Sunday morning's breakfast was unbelievable. The family had Saturday breakfast as well. And they said it was great also

The breakfast is a bonus not available at some properties, although I didn't partake on this particular trip. I have enjoyed it in the past, however.

A little more accommodating to guests. Wanted a cot in the room, but the room wasn't large enough to accommodate a cot, which I didn't know prior to checkin.

Easy access off highway and close to my destination

The humid, dampness in the room was very uncomfortable The sheets ,my clothes , my skin and shoes all felt a damp coldness, that you couldn't get rid of. And due to flooded gym, that wasn't accessible either. I know mother nature is unpredictable but we don't see or hear any we're sorry here's a little extra off your bill or something even remotelyresembling sorry for your inconvenience. Rooms are definitely not cheap anywhere anymore .

Great breakfast. Slight variation every day.

2nd time in a row I was assigned room 133 with carpet cleanness issues, broken sink and maladjusted/broken heat thermostat. I was offered room replacement when available when asked, but how about fixing the issues rather than hoping noone will notice?
