Nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Layout, amenities, decor, smell, lighting, name it, ALL top notch. Great stay, will stay there again.

Hyatt is always a good choice for us and this property was just further confirmation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the shower had amazing water pressure, and overall wonderful staff. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but we did stop by and they had a great selection. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Only a few minutes from the airport, and close to fast food and sit down restaurants. A quick 10-15 minute drive into downtown, which is well worth is to avoid the high prices in downtown.

The hotel is a bit older and could use a deep cleaning or renovation, the rooms were clean but you can tell they need to clean window ledges and some of the metal fixture like grab bars are starting to show some rust.

Great location’ property well kept! I didn’t get the young man’s name at the front desk. I’m not sure of his race ‘ I don’t know if he was Native American. He was very helpful to us. He helped us connect into internet and my devise to connect to tv. He came to our room to make sure we were connected. He made our stay better than what it was’ thank you so very much! The attendant doing breakfast was very professional and pleasant. She had a great attitude’ very friendly and helpful. I will return and tell others of my experience. Thank you.

Didn’t have a dislike’

Great breakfast & location!

The front reservation desk, staff were excellent they helped with all questions, very patient and explained in detail. The housekeeping staff was also very professional and friendly. The breakfast provided was not at the same standard as the staff.

The breakfast would have been better with Different variety each day. Also, real eggs would have been better. On two different days when going to the lobby, the person cleaning had left the maintenance cart right in front of the entrance unattended for sometime. Which made it difficult for Guest arriving and leaving with their luggage.

Our stay was great, definitely one of the better for a hotel. Not just a muffin & fruit. It was a full breakfast. The one staff member was great. He was polite and helpful & very accommodated with everything. He made it one of best stays we've had at a hotel

The only thing I didn't like, & only reason I didn't give 10 stars Was a woman who was a staff member, she was rude & obnoxious in front of the guests (us). She was getting louder with the other staff member calling him an a**hole I don't know how many times in front of us. At one point, she told my husband to plug his ears if he didn't want to hear her, which was after she followed us out the door to continue to berate the other staff member.

Friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved having a large couch to lounge on and watch TV while my husband worked on his computer. We went down in the morning and had some very delicious breakfast before we left! We would stay here again.

You had to stand there and hold the toilet handle down to get it to flush. And there was no fan in the shower room, so you have to leave the door cracked so you don't get steamed out. Which was fine. It was just me and my husband. Such small things aren't a big deal to me. It wouldn't keep me from returning.

I checked in very late at night and the man at the counter was a complete gentleman. Very helpful and professional. That made my stay way better than I was expecting after being turned out by another hotel that was fully booked yet (accepted the reservation and money) with a person handling the situation the worst way possible.

While leaving the premises and bringing my car from the far parking spot because around the hotel was completely occupied I was running because my children were waiting for me at the door with all the luggage. While I'm bringing the kids to the car one by one and the belongings the lady who handles the breakfast time was about to leave and couldn't wait 2 minutes for me to finish and started screaming at me. No respect whatsoever she behaved on an unpleasant manner.

Beautiful and clean loved the bed and layout of our room

Our stay was next to the overly loud elevator and the noise alerted our service animal. The amenities of the hotel said they had a bar with food until midnight. But that wasn’t true. They didn’t have the staff to fix the food on their menu. So we had to leave to get supper. The clerk said they don’t hire staff during the slow months. Breakfast was good. Husband doesn’t like powdered eggs.

This was my first time at a airport hotel, the location is really convenient, and they offer free shuttle. Which was a great perk. The room was bigger than I expected and the breakfast had a great variety of options.

It’s not a complain about the property itself. Just a reminder that this airport hotel it’s around 20 minutes to downtown Nashville, but it’s not a walkable distance. You’ll need a car or uber to explore the city.
