Reception staff were extremely helpful giving advice about issues such as things to see in the area, and assisting with wifi access. The rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy with large comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet gave plenty of variety and catered for all tastes. Location right in the centre of town, and just a short taxi ride from the train station was ideal.

We had a wonderful stay at Scandic Rovaniemi City. The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Rovaniemi!

The location was excellent, right in the centre so very easy to see the attractions in Rovaniemi, it was also in walking distance for a few of the nature trails. The hotel was also close to where you can get the buses to Santa's village, so was convenient. The room was really nice and the beds were extremely comfortable! There was a good selection for breakfast!

The hotel is located about 1km to the railway station. We walked to it very conveniently along a main street within 20 mins. The suroundings of hotel is just the city center, and you can go to the most North MacDonald, the walking street and the large river. My child played with the water excitedly near the river. The breakfast is unstinted with many kinds. Because the travelling day was rainy, we ordered the taxi to the Christmas village from the reception desk, the response was very fast. Therefore, it was a good selection.

No problem. I wish a close range between the hotel and the Christmas village, it is now 7km. The regular bus between them is one hour frequency. Maybe a special car to the village from the hotel at specific time for the homies is a good choice. Best

Loved its location, close to everything you need. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all very approachable, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, and the variety and quality served each morning was fantastic.

The breakfast was exceptional, with a good variety including healthy choices. The only thing lacking was low-fat yogurt, but I haven't gotten that at any hotel. The room was quite nice and practical, with an easy-to-use TV. There is a small mall with a supermarket just a couple of hundred meters from the hotel.

Wall-to-wall carpeting would have made the room more comfortable, and room was fairly small, which seems to be common in Finland. There could have been a note at the cumbersome parking machine outside saying that you can also pay at the reception.

The hotel is in the city centre. It is near airport and santa claus village. Bus stop to and from airport is just across the building. Location is great. It is clean and breakfast buffet has lots of choices. Comfortable bed too.

It is better if there is kettle in the room. But it did not bother us at all. You can get coffee in the reception.

Located in the centre of the city, a mall is on the opposite and a Burger King just next to it. Breakfast was very good. Cleaning service was ok. Staff was very nice.

The room was a bit cold for us. During having a shower the water ran out of the shower box, so the bathroom was always wet. We had a dinner in the restaurant, which was full of people and there was only one waitress, so we had to wait for the dessert more than 1 hour after finishing the main dish.

This hotel locates in the city center, it is easy to get access to different sightseeing by walk. Near the hotel, there are supermarkets, restaurants, etc. It is a hotel with excellent location. When I requested a bed for my 6 years old daughter, it is for free.

The breakfast has less choice comparing to Scandic Simonkenttä in Helsinki. There is no water boiler in the room.

I liked the stay and would definitely stay again in Scandic hotels. However, I’ve stayed before at the Helsinki hub and that one was outstanding, so the comparison is not fair. This one is much simpler, but it good, I’d recommend for people that wants to stay in the city center near shops and restaurants
