The best part about 15 Basil Street is definitely its location. We booked a two-bedroom apartment and stayed as a family—my parents, husband, our six-year-old, and me. Everything you need is just a short walk away: shopping, great restaurants, Hyde Park, museums, and public transport. I especially appreciated the 24-hour front desk and the well-stocked kitchen, which made our stay feel even more comfortable. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. I was spacious, spotless, and actually better than the photos! The staff were very friendly and responsive, which really added to the experience. Highly recommend for families looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in London!

Our stay at 15 Basil Street was exceptional from start to finish. The location near Harrods was perfect, and the apartment was spotless with daily cleaning. We appreciated the early check-in, late check-out, and thoughtful touches like complimentary bread, jam, juice, and water. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. They even surprised us with beautiful flowers for our upcoming graduation. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort in a prime location

Everything was perfect during our stay at 15 Basil Street and a huge thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the three bed apartment and it was spectacular! Wouldn’t have changed anything during this trip and it got better with us being at 15 Basil Street !

The 1 bedroom apartment was exceptional for our family of 3. The kitchen had unexpected treats: coffee, tea, nespresso, bread loaf with honey, marmalade and strawberry; refrigerator with OJ small milk and butter. The daily housekeeping was an unexpected bonus. The location could not have been better! Quiet at night and very safe. Proximity to many places was superb: with Harrods a half block away, three wonderful museums just over a half mile and the massive Hyde Park only blocks away. Ana, the Operations Asst Manager greeted us at their reception desk and we were fortunate to access our apartment at our early arrival.

There were no facilities such as gym room or bar but that is expected if booking an apartment.

The property was just as pictured. The location was good with metro stop about 1 min away, but it was walkable to most sites. The staff was extremely helpful and always available by text message whenever needed. When we arrived, they supplied a small amount of breakfast essentials such as bread, jams, milk and orange juice. The space was spacious and perfect for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had daily cleaning service included. We would definitely stay again if we are in London!

The washer and dryer circuit kept on cutting out so it was hard to use the dyer since it would have to be reset daily. The staff really attempted to fix it, but was unable to within our stay.

The entire experience was excellent. We travelled with grandparents and a baby. Ana, Sara and team made everything so smooth. After we booked, they reached out to ask if they needed to make special accommodations for our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, check in was smooth, and they helped with our bags. The apartment was immaculately clean and with sophisticated decor. They provided a cot, high chair and even a diaper pail for the baby. Kindly, they had already stocked the kitchen with juice, bread, and milk for us. During our stay, they were so responsive if we needed anything and we were very comfortable the entire time. The location is excellent, safe and around the corner from Hyde Park, Knightsbridge underground station, Harrods, grocery stores, pharmacy, and loads of other high end stored. My whole family is so grateful to have found 15 Basil St.

The location is right next to Harrods and abundant of nice restaurants. Super convenient for people who love shopping and eating. The apartment is very new, modern, tastefully decorated and sufficiently equipped. Milk, bread, orange juice were provided on the first day we arrive. Detergent, washing liquid, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar are also provided. Very thoughtful. The pictures are true reflection of the real condition. The stuff are all friendly and helpful. Sara especially is super responsive.

Nothing. I am coming back again. If the wifi can be a bit faster, it would be even better (during night, it is perfectly fine to watch videos using computer / mobile but in the morning it can get stuck at times)

This rental was absolutely amazing. My family stayed here (7 total, 3 adults and 4 kids) and the property was in a great location. It was clean, well made up, and beautiful inside. The reception desk was exceedingly helpful, made up the rooms daily, and even switched our clothes in the washing machine from wash to dry. I would love to stay here again next time I'm in London.

The staff are wonderful, from the very warm welcome to ongoing communication during our stay. Little things like the fresh bread, milk and orange juice are indicative of the way they treat their guests. Although this is a busy area (just behind Harrods) the apartment itself is quiet. Location is convenient to Tube and lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance.
