Centrally located large hotel with good amenities. Reception needs to be re-organised for quicker service at peak times - no formal line up or queue - more staff required on check in desk. The rooms on the 22nd floor are spacious, clean and tidy. These rooms will soon need refurbishing with brighter decore.The hallways on this floor also will need new carpet and perhaps some wall features wold add to the ambience. The room lighting needs LED fixtures as reading or writing in room was made difficult of an evening with low lighting. Room cleaning was excellent and linen was clean, crisp anf white. The Executive Guest Lounge for members located in the foyer needs to be made more exclusive and have better seating - perhaps this is also in need of a re-vamp-upgrade soon. The dining area was well lit and food areas about right. However, the seating arrangements and table set out could be reconfigured to suit singles, couples and families so that a large table is not occupied by one or two people only. The food and its presentation was expansive each day. The staff in this area were excellent in service and welcome, and were efficient and professional.

Reception area quite disorganised and not as appears on website. A vast area with no organised lines or queue area. Understaffed for such a large hotel.

There’s a cow that works in the lobby who got upset because I poured a beer but she was looking at her phone and ignored me when I asked her if the beer was self service. Then she barked at me and I said I’m happy to pay for the beer. Then she just got stroppy like a right Karen.

Plenty of choice for breakfast. My son really enjoyed making his own waffles 🧇 complimentary towels by the pool, very comfy beds and extremely comfy pillows in the room. Microwave in the lobby, fridge in the room

Slight fusty smell in corridors but it didn’t spoil our stay.

Booked an executive room which included the lounge and breakfast. Ivy and her colleagues looked after us from 6-8pm with some great G&Ts. The hotel is a little edgy but very clean & comfortable. At SS$20 per drink in most Singapore bars the lounge is great value.

We didn't like the poor reviews from people who don't understand the relevance between what you pay for and what you get. If you want 5 stars go & pay for it.

Location is great, right exit from reception has two overpasses, one straight to Chinatown Point and the other to the other side of Havelock Rd.

Bathroom had constant hot air blowing into it, shower leaking all over the floor. We stayed on an executive floor, carpets are looking really tired and worn.

The Hotel was situated in close proximity to Chinatown and right near a MRT station. The check in was very efficient and the staff member was very helpful. We had an executive room which gave us access to canapes and drinks between 6-8pm. This was a perfect hotel for people who are looking for a comfortable hotel without an expensive price tag.

The Hotel seemed a little dated and the bed was hard.

Furama City Centre is very conveniently located to Chinatown and Clarke Quay. It's a stone's throw from many other sights and a short walk to either Chinatown or Clarke Quay MRT stations. Chinatown Point is over the road and we had everything we needed on a daily basis. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We were fortunate to have a room facing Marina Bay so witnessed some of the SG60 Fireworks rehearsals in the lead up to National Day 2025. The pool was clean, the laundry facilities and gym welcome conveniences. The staff were friendly and helpful especially when my elderly father fell ill and needed an ambulance. They were accommodating with his room arrangements and supporting our needs during this unfortunate incident. It made the stressful moment easier to navigate in the immediacy of the crisis.

The laundry facilities did break down for a couple of days which was inconvenient. Other than that, the hotel interiors could benefit from a bit of freshening up but that was a minor aesthetic preference.

Nothing special to report except that my son really enjoyed the pool.

all went well, except that the housekeeping has left, one day, our room opened the whole day in our absence. No consequence though, but it was reported to prevent reoccurrence. Otherwise, all is good

The location was fantastic. We were lucky to have a great view from our room. My sister and I shared a room, and the 2 single beds were a great size and very comfortable, not like your normal small single bed, I would say more like a K single. The carpets in the walk ways need a good clean or replaced (on the 14th floor anyway) our room was fine. Very good selection of food at the restaurant, breakfast was good my only negative is I wish they had fried tomatoe and bacon as a lot of people love both at breakfast when away. Overall, I would definitely stay at Furama City Centre again.

The location was good as it allowed ease to explore Singapore. We had executive level room with lounge access. The room was a good size. The lounge staff very welcoming (ray and ivy). Super staff. Breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. Check in staff very attentive. Pool access very good after a steamy day exploring Singapore. Close to MRT access.
