Everything, from the moment we walked into the building. Just wow staff were amazing room was spotless. Bed as unreal spa was best one I have ever stayed in. And if people are put of with people been naked in spa. Please don’t it’s just the normal and nobody is bothered. It is so easy to get too from airport then train then 81 no bus drops u outside. Already looking to book again

Everything was exceptional. My room had the most comfortable bed, the most beautiful view, the most charming window seat. Treatments were blissful & each massage therapist was engaging, kind & skilled. All food was delicious especially the smoothies, muffins, mixed drinks & pasta. I spent an afternoon lounging on a large, cozy chaise by one of the outdoor pools & it was heaven. Everything was beautiful, clean & comfortable. A perfect visit. Note: I am a large person & I emailed ahead to be sure that my size would be accommodated in terms of treatment tables. I was assured that they were wide enough & that was true. I also asked about bathrobes, as it is noted that bathrobes are allowed in all spaces including one of the restaurants. I received a reply that told me the sizes of the bathrobes & I elected to bring my own for comfort sake. All they asked was that it be a neutral color & not patterned. This was easy to adhere to & I am so glad I brought my own so that I could enjoy everything without being worried or uncomfortable. Mine was grey & all others were white but I never felt like anyone noticed or cared. The entire experience was a true joy!

The only thing I wish had been offered is a tour of the facility. It is fairly overwhelming & there are two sets of elevators in two different buildings. It took me a bit to figure it all out. All staff was so kind & helped me, but a walk through or at least a map would have been helpful.

The mobile detox rule everywhere is very nice. The fact you can eat in the restaurants in your bathrobe is great too. The facilities are amazing and we had such an amazing and relaxing time here. You can pay for everything with your bracelet so you only just need to have your bathrobe and your towel. Special shout-out to the guy who ran the 'banja HOT aufguss'. He made that session unforgettable with his enthusiasm.

The bedsheets were too small for 2 people so we both slept quite uncomfortably because of that. The other reason for discomfort while sleeping is the fact that the blinding curtains dont keep the light out almost at all and the sun rose very quick during the time we were there.

Atmosphere Cleanliness The free guided spa sessions for hotel guests was a lovely bonus and made our stay special Staff were amazing Quiet Very respectful signage, and communication from staff - given the nudity.

I wouldn’t have purchased a swimsuit if staff had explained I couldNt wear it in steam rooms and saunas. I basically bought it and only used it in the pools, so felt like a waste of money. Coffee at breakfast was filter only, we would have like to have ordered a latte etc. to start the day.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Stopped for 5 blissful days, allowed us to wind down and de-stress. Room was brilliant. Yes, there was no TV, but you don’t need one, this was a complete digital detox, and I have to say this is the first time I have lasted so long without checking the phone and computer , and it was so good, will have to try and do it more often. Food, snacks and drinks at the pool area, the brasseriet and Mori, were all brilliant. The breakfast buffet was great, large choice, covering all tastes. On the last day had to check out early, hotel helped organize transport, and put together a breakfast that we could take with us. Pools, saunas, relaxing areas were clean and perfect. We did several rituals, great fun. Had no issues with robes or towels missing, and even if someone took the wrong one, just got another towel or robe, at no cost. A note if you do use the bus to go to Oslo, you need a Ruter card to travel on the bus. Ruter.no . These you can get via the apps for Apple or Android, or you can buy tickets in various shops: The kiosks Narvesen, 7-Eleven, Deli De Luca and Mix, as well as some selected shops The Well is a brilliant hotel, the staff excel, and the facilities are wonderful. I have read a lot of the reviews on Google etc., and I cannot understand where the negative comments come from, all I say is, don’t believe everything you read. We will definitely be going back again😀

Amazing spa department. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever been to. We didn't come for the digital detox, but it was also a nice addition. The whole experience felt different from any other spa I've ever been to.

The fact that you could not wear your own swimming suits was very strange and it was not clearly stated when booking the visit. The receptionist explained that this was, among some other reasons, because people might wear too colourful and distracting swimming suits. We found that explanation very odd and felt like we just got swindled. If you just want to monetize, just add it to the total price. We also didn't know it was a naked spa. We didn't really mind it, but it would just be nice to know this beforehand. Also didn't like that you couldn't throw water in the saunas, not even at the Finnish sauna.

Amazing rooms: spacious, great furniture, unique modern style, well equipped, good selection on mini-bar. Amazing and high quality breakfast: rich selection of vegan products, fresh fish and meat, fruit, vegetables, bread, pastries, yoghurt and specialities of the house. Everything is easy: check-in, check out, payment. Friendly and efficient staff. The proximity to the amazing spa landscape.

Check out time a bit too early with 11am, 12 would be nice. Parking fees are high.

Lovely views, very comfortable and friendly atmosphere, really friendly staff speaking excellent English (unfortunately we don’t know how to speak Norwegian), great breakfast selection and restaurant menu.

For a few hours we didn’t have hot water in the room, due to sudden high usage (I think that’s what had happened). But water at the spa, swimming pool and treatment centre were hot. Staff were very friendly and helped us with this. We didn’t feel it as much, and this was almost forgotten after a few hours of soaking in the pool later. We just thought we needed to point out everything. This hasn’t deterred us, and we’re planning to go back in a few month’s time to recharge our batteries.

Great facilities, very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants are both great, especially the one on eight floor.

Parking should be free or greatly reduced in fee for guests, as there is plenty of space and it can quickly become pricey when staying for more than one night.
