The breakfast was excellent. Every item was nicely prepared and saved. The waiting staff was very attentive. And the staff more generally was highly responsive to our needs, regarding room facilities, directions to places of interest, etc.

The lighting inside the two bedrooms could have been better. The lighting in the bathroom of room no.4 needs to have been brighter. Also, the hotel should provide a few more towels, particularly wash cloths i.e. face towels, in addition to bath towels and hand towels.

Great decor. Very good location. Lovely owner. Everything tastefully considered.

Lack of understanding from staff despite owner speaking excellent English. ‘In house’ restaurant really not great. Ate here one evening - starter ridiculously oversized and greasy. Mains, again, over-sized portion. Fish was way way overcooked. Sadly not great. On last day made clear had to be in a taxi by 8.30am - chef decides to start preparing food at 8.15 - needless to say had to leave before breakfast arrived.

A short walk (10 min) from the main square, the neighborhood is also near the new Rail Park (La Plancha) which is bound to be a great future attraction. The hotel was lovely and quiet. The neighborhood is a mix of small hotels and some commercial and light industrial areas. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions in central Merida.

Not really much to complain about. Pool could have been a tad warmer. All the pools on the trip were not heated it seems. Could have a few more breakfast options for those that don't like eggs.

Service is fabulous. We got stomach issue after a tour. The manager had the chef tailored food for us for three meals in two days to make sure we are ok. When learned that we had an early flight, they packed coffee and bread for us on the road. Great experiences!

There is no gym given it’s a boutique hotel. We wouldn’t need it anyway as we toured outside the whole day.

What to say, this hotel is fantastic. The room is big and full of comforts like very high quality and bio products to wash yourself, a hairdryer, a night-gown. Bed was one of the best I have ever slept on. The pool is nice and calm and offers some relax and escape from the hot weather. Breakfast was also fantastic and staff was very attentive and nice to us. We really felt pampered even if we stayed only one night.

Stunning boutique hotel. We chose it for the parking, which is a block away. Short walking distance to the main square/s, so lovely and peaceful. I think we were the only ones there, so had the whole place to ourselves. 4 course breakfast was ample.

It lacked a little atmosphere for me personally, as there wasn't much around. Maybe different breakfast options daily would be nice.

We had the property to ourselves for the most part since we were here during the off season. The other travelers were very quiet. The property hosted a dinner party one of the evenings and it was nice to hear laughter and people having a good time. The pool is chilled and very relaxing. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! We recommend including the breakfast which is lovely and has lots of fresh fruit. It’s just a wonderful place to recharge and relax!

Large and clean rooms, lovely building, great staff. We had an early bus to catch at 7am and they prepared a breakfast to go for us without us asking, and before the official opening time of breakfast. This was really appreciated ! I would highly recommend.

The staff was amazing and the whole place was gorgeous. It was very clean, the breakfast options were great and the location was very central and the hotel has parking spots within a public parking just a minute away from the property. We absolutely loved our stay.
