The quality of the room, the premises and the front office staff were absolutely amazing. The amenities and the rooms were excellent with amazing views of the beach and harbour.
While there are several options around the hotel for food, what I think would've been great is if there was a room food service for people who preferred to stay in after a long day and have food delivered to the room. Also, one other thing I pleasantly noticed in some other properties is the availability of refreshments and beverages (chips, chocolates, savory, beer etc.) in each room that could be consumed and then paid for at the time of checkout. This again I feel would be a welcome addition.

When I checked in of the first night of this stay they lady behind the desk seemed a bit blunt . Didn't smile or ask me how I was or anything. That was the only time I walked away wondering well she must be a natural non friendly staff member and it stuck. The chick with the dreads has always been so nice and helpful she's so good at her job and professional
The chick's personality and approach when I checked in . Felt like I was the one that should have been behind the desk cause I asked her how she was and how her xmas was and she just was unfriendly and blunt which didn't make me feel comfortable in this festive season

The room layout, design and styling is thoughtful, functional and comfortable. The complimentary chips and chocolate were a lovely surprise and totally unexpected. Despite overlooking the working yard of the local port, the double glazing ensures you are not disturbed by the activity. The continental breakfast pack was just enough and very tasty. I travel for work regularly to the area and will attempt to stay here again if the budget allows.
Obviously, systems are still being imbedded in as the accommodation is brand new and only operating for a few weeks. I found a towel hanging on behind the bathroom door that obviously belonged to the previous tenant of the room - this was a little off putting re the quality and attention to detail of the house staff, I informed the front desk on my check out and they were suitably shocked. Here's hoping they improve with the feedback.

The only hotel I have ever been in where I can't hear any noise from outside! There are ships, trucks, traffic and noisy (but cute) penguins right outside the hotel, however couldn't hear anything from inside the room. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are beautiful along with the amazing welcome gift- waters, chips and chocolate!!! Loved this hotel, location, staff, beds, decor and housekeeping would give it all 10/10!
Only thing is the options on the TV would have liked to watch Netflix and all my apps I can watch on other TVs in hotels.

Building is brand new and open only since Nov 2023. Overlooking beach and walking distance to town centre. Even though it also overlooked the port the windows provided enough sound proofing to not hear the noise. It was actually interesting to watch the loading and unloading of freighters and watch the cruise ships dock.
Just be aware that room card key ‘locks’ you out of your room and elevator at 10am on day of departure - so make sure you have your car loaded beforehand.

Recently opened new build. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony. There is a container shipping port across the street, but it never bothered us with noise. Actually it was fascinating to watch the coordination of loading and unloading the ferry. Parking is on site and close to the elevator. There are restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.
Everything was fine.

The property is a 5 min walk to restaurants, cafes and is right on the waterfront. The room is quiet even tho it is opposite a busy port. The room was spacious, well furnished, super comfortable bed and great block out blinds. The bathroom is lovely and the rain shower is great. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. Great stay in Burnie, I really recommend this new hotel.
A top sheet on the bed would help with temperature control thru the night.

This was booked at the last moment and we managed to get a booking. Loved staying here. Nice apartment with 2 baths and 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. We also had a view of the sea. We could drive there and back to Cradle mountain as well as the Moley Creek Caves from here. It was also dust free and clean, so very important to us but we don't always get to experience that on our travels.
The stove did not get very hot, but ok for boiling or light frying like eggs.

Fantastic location.Walked to beach, shops, penguin centre. Modern, spacious unit with excellent inclusions such as washer/dryer, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher. View from balcony was lovely. Comfy beds and loved the Nood toiletries. Was a bit worried about the noise from the port but this was minimal. With door closed it was barely noticeable. Great base to visit Wynyard, Stanley, Penguin etc.
Would have liked a larger doona on the bed.

I'd previously stayed at One North Terrace late last year & enjoyed it so much, that I decided to take my daughter away with me for 2 nights this time. And again, I was suitably impressed with our room, the location & the friendly staff. I will absolutely be staying there again! My daughter loved it as well. She couldn't stop raving about it!
I don't think there was anything that I didn't like.
