The room was comfortable and larger than I expected. I stayed on the fifth floor with a road side view which was actually very quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast options were great. I had the buffet on day one - which had quite a variety of things to choose from including pastries, cereals and fruit. I ordered the eggs Benedict on the second day which was tasty. I highly recommend going early for breakfast so the food is still hot or ordering from the menu if you want your breakfast freshly prepared.

It would have been nice if the water pressure in my room was higher for the shower.

Love the fact that there was breakfast available so we asked for it and was told it would be added to our room, only to be told that it was never added? Why not just say that then.

Check in was obviously someone new. Offered breakfast and parking at check-in in. Neither happened. Shouldn't there be a trainer with newbies? At least the room key worked.

I liked that all of the staff members were very welcoming and gave great hospitality. They were able to accommodate to my request for a late check out time. I checked into the hotel the night after my apartment burned down. I’ve also been on medical leave for multitude of health issues the past few weeks as well. Things haven’t been in my favor lately. As I was checking out, I was having a conversation briefly to the hotel staff member at the desk. He asked, “How my stay was?” And “What was the purpose of my stay?” I felt comfortable enough to open up to him about my situation. He showed empathy and ensured me that they will take care of me if I return soon. I wish I got the names of the staff members that were courteous. The great hospitality the staff has showed to me made me feel less stress and anxious just knowing I had a safe place to stay out for 3 nights. Small gestures of hospitality go along way. Comfortable and familiar; I’ve been here several times and the staff is always amazing. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. The A/C is perfect. The food is decent and the drinks are always delicious. The wine list has grown and available brands are pretty good. Floor 5 is the quietest floor.

The breakfast buffet used to better but it’s still pretty good. The breakfast menu is better than the buffet.

I’ve stayed there previously, and both times the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever found at a hotel, and the breakfast was delicious! The gym is spacious enough that you don’t feel you’re invading anyone’s space.

I came across a couple cleanliness issues, but nothing major. The carpet was as if someone had walked in with mud on their shoes or spilled something and it hadn’t been cleaned, only in front in the tv area in a small section. I just avoided stepping there. I also wish parking at the hotel wasn’t an additional fee (on top of the room) but I knew that before my stay.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The staff members were exceedingly friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast offered was of high quality. Additionally, the rooms were impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The gym facilities boasted top-notch equipment, adding to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

I was happy with everything the location, price, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms the bed was soo soft the staff was helpful friendly. I will be back.

That I had to pay $30.00 a day for parking. I sent the hotel a message thru my booking.com account asking about a park fee and their response was that their was no charge for parking and them come to find out I did get charged.

The location is great and the staff were friendly.

The shower faucet didn’t have good pressure Bc there was a hole in the pipe by the shower head. Also it’s 30 dollars per night for parking. And from the fourth floor the elevator button didn’t want to stay so it took about a minute of messing with the button to stay on to call the elevator.

Everything was wonderful, clean room, welcoming staff, and heated pool. The hotel was in the middle of all the beaches we wanted to visit about a 20 min drive.

I enjoy my stay with my family, we didn’t encounter a downside to our stay.
