Every thing was super nice! All staff was very helpful ❤️ Breakfast buffet was delicious!

Before booking I checked on booking.com if their is a indoor play area and Yes their was written that the hotel has an indoor play area, but then when we got their we didn’t find any indoor play area which was super disappointing for my toddler! There was a small kids club but it was closed all of the time. Also the indoor pool was cold and the edges of the pool were super sharp and my son got hurt with them while going into the pool.

Nice friendly staff, nice food and good location within short walk from the bus station and local shops. Facilities decent and rooms clean.

Dinner time was held in the smaller restaurant with lack of tables and shortage of staff so at times some delays. Trying to get a towel for the sunbed can also prove difficult. I also think welcome packs in rooms or provided by reception would be a good idea to explain basics such as which meals are held where and at what time etc. But overall a very nice vacation.

This was our first time in Malta, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The hotel was an added bonus to an already exceptional trip. The location was perfect — right by the sea and close to everything we needed. We stayed in room 5123, and it was absolutely stunning with beautiful sea views that made each morning feel special. The room was spotless and very comfortable. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, but a special shoutout goes to Ricardo, Bibek, Jason, and Juan from the animation team — they went above and beyond to make our trip fun and memorable. Their energy and warmth brought such a positive vibe to our holiday.

Property was nice and big, rooms are clean and spacious. Pools and Staff are very welcoming especially the towel guys every morning handing out the towels.

We were there for 9 days half board. So breakfast and dinner at Azure. Dinner was ok not the best. Breakfast was good. Kids enjoying it. If we could have eaten at one of the other restaurants in the hotel for Dinner it would break it up a bit. All inclusive gets the privilege of that why not do that for half board families that stay there longer than 5 days. Another suggestion would be to offer waiter services around the pool. This will add in a touch of hospitality and get you earning more money.

The room was very clean. Every day :) The extra bed we had was large. Main double bed was comfortable. You could hang your wet things on the balcony on telescopic drying rack. We got pool towels. Hotel staff was very nice. Generally i can say - great hotel. It was easy to find free parking right in front of hotel on the street. If sometimes was eveything full, nearby was large free parking area.

We had coctails in hotel's bar Ombre two times. First time they were very good. But second time I dont know why, they tasted poorly comparing to first time. And we had same cocktails.

Everything was great, staff really nice and very friendly,food was excellent, very central and across the street from the beach, our room was clean and fresh with great shower, if there was a downside the room was very small for the price, and we were looking down on a very messy area, yes we could see the sea but being at the back of the building one can get that, We loved our stay there and would stay again.

I booked a double room in Double Tree by Hilton in Malta for 5 nights the last week of July. The hotel is amazing, nothing to claim… the room was well equipped and the bed was so comfortable. Furthermore, the location is perfect to reach every part of the Island. We had a rental car and we could park next to the hotel in their parking place at a very low cost. Breakfast was delicious, perhaps the dinner could have been more international.. there were mainly English dishes, but it’s just a personal opinion! 5 Stars granted! It’s worth the price paid! Very good! I’d surely come back

-very friendly and helpful staff at indoor pool, breakfast, cleaning ladies -heated indoor pool -private sea beach -convenient car parking -great meals with variety and tasty

-indoor pool closed at 7pm already so very overcrowded -sea beach closed till 9am and after 6pm -no playground for kids (kids club just small room and open for 4 hrs and even not everyday) -very loud during meals -very week internet in the room and almost no outside at pools

Staff were excellent. Facilities were good, tried out the buffet restaurant which we used several times mainly because it was easy with the kids (20% off as hotel guests, and the kids were free - 6, 4 and 1 year old), the casual cafe restaurant which was decent and the steak restaurant which was top notch. Indoor swimming pool was nice and warm, kids loved the swimming party. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Car parking was very easy to use and lots of spaces, just paid at the end of the stay.

We went in April Easter holidays, and it was starting to get warm. Air con we were told was set to heating mode (they set it to cool in May onwards) so at night it got a little uncomfortable initially, they provided fans for us to compensate for this.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Cleaning is excelent. One indoor and four outdoor pools makes room for everyone even when the hotell is fully booked. The variaty of food items both on breakfast lunch and dinner buffets is very rich. The souvernir shop on site is cheaper and cleaner than the ones outside in the streets.

Ac is a bit low, both rooms and public areas in the hotel are varm an moist. The environment in the buffet restaurant is very noicy crowded and loud music doesnt help. Its hard to get a relaxed slow nice meal.
