Every thing was super nice! All staff was very helpful ❤️ Breakfast buffet was delicious!

Before booking I checked on booking.com if their is a indoor play area and Yes their was written that the hotel has an indoor play area, but then when we got their we didn’t find any indoor play area which was super disappointing for my toddler! There was a small kids club but it was closed all of the time. Also the indoor pool was cold and the edges of the pool were super sharp and my son got hurt with them while going into the pool.

Nice friendly staff, nice food and good location within short walk from the bus station and local shops. Facilities decent and rooms clean.

Dinner time was held in the smaller restaurant with lack of tables and shortage of staff so at times some delays. Trying to get a towel for the sunbed can also prove difficult. I also think welcome packs in rooms or provided by reception would be a good idea to explain basics such as which meals are held where and at what time etc. But overall a very nice vacation.

This was our first time in Malta, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The hotel was an added bonus to an already exceptional trip. The location was perfect — right by the sea and close to everything we needed. We stayed in room 5123, and it was absolutely stunning with beautiful sea views that made each morning feel special. The room was spotless and very comfortable. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, but a special shoutout goes to Ricardo, Bibek, Jason, and Juan from the animation team — they went above and beyond to make our trip fun and memorable. Their energy and warmth brought such a positive vibe to our holiday.

-indoor pool closed at 7pm already so very overcrowded -sea beach closed till 9am and after 6pm -no playground for kids (kids club just small room and open for 4 hrs and even not everyday) -very loud during meals -very week internet in the room and almost no outside at pools

Staff were excellent. Facilities were good, tried out the buffet restaurant which we used several times mainly because it was easy with the kids (20% off as hotel guests, and the kids were free - 6, 4 and 1 year old), the casual cafe restaurant which was decent and the steak restaurant which was top notch. Indoor swimming pool was nice and warm, kids loved the swimming party. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Car parking was very easy to use and lots of spaces, just paid at the end of the stay.

We went in April Easter holidays, and it was starting to get warm. Air con we were told was set to heating mode (they set it to cool in May onwards) so at night it got a little uncomfortable initially, they provided fans for us to compensate for this.

We stayed in a family room with nice sea view from the balcony. We were happy with size of room and view. the room was spacious, clean and well preserved. Hotel seems to be renovated recently. Hotel has 2 outdoor pool and indoor one. During middle April, some times, it was difficult to use outdoor pools. The towels were provided in organize manner at any time. The staff in both reception and resturant were polite, freindly, helpfull and well-trained. With half-board option, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner including wide variety of options. Hotel organized differenct activies for children everyday.

The restaurant can be crowded so it is better to check silent hours as many big hotels. Travelling to Valletta can be taken upto 40min~1hr from public transport depending on traffic time. So Taxi service is the best option and it is cheaper and faster in whole Malta.

Whether it was arranging a taxi, giving us local recommendations, or simply greeting us with a smile, their professionalism was truly appreciated. Concierge: The concierge team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from booking tours to giving insightful tips about the best local spots and restaurants. Their local knowledge and enthusiasm enhanced our experience of Malta. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team was impeccable—our room was kept spotless each day, and all our requests were handled with great attention to detail. The little touches, like towel arrangements and nightly turn-downs, didn’t go unnoticed and added to the comfort of our stay. Restaurant & Dining: Every meal we had on-site was a delight. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, with something to suit every taste. Dinner service was equally impressive—delicious food paired with excellent service. Special thanks to the restaurant staff who made every meal feel special with their attentiveness and friendly attitude. Bar & Lounge: The bar area was a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. The bartenders were knowledgeable and engaging, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and lively. We loved the cocktails and the vibe. Pool & Leisure Areas: Both the indoor and outdoor pool areas were immaculate and well-maintained. The staff at the pool were attentive and always happy to help with towels or setting up loungers.

Very nice and polite staff, spacious room with sea view. The bathroom is also excellent. The breakfast is a bit monotonous after several days and if you don't have food allergies it is adequate. The indoor pool is ok although it is quite chlorinated (as is the tap water in Malta), the outdoor one is not heated so it is quite cold outside the summer season. They could give you more information about the facilities at the hotel when you check in. Overall, we had a good time.

Almost everything at breakfast contains milk, so there aren’t many options for those who are lactose intolerant. The sofabed was extremely uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff and warm welcome provided by giving each of us a warm cookie. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and even my fussy kids found lots of things to eat. We checked out v early morning at around 4:30am, and the receptionist offered us bottles of water and small breakfast items like croissants, fruit etc for the kids to eat later.I believe they were from a packed breakfast for a group which was extra. I thought that was a very sweet gesture. Also received a personalised letter from the room housekeeper at both arrival and check out. Little things which add to make the start more memorable and add a wow factor.

Nothing to not like

The second room was excellent a sea view suite. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The customer service manager was excellent. Cleaning staff were lovely.

We tripped over rug that was riding up in the first room and could have injured ourselves luckily we were ok. We had not been told the pool side bar was out of action, the air conditioning was not on for the whole building meaning our first room was to hot. Again they said air conditioning was seasonal. These two issues were caused by not stating updates on the booking.com page. The customer service team were excellent upgraded us to suite that had air conditioning which meant we were in a lovely room in the end and a much better experience.
