The hotel/guest house was very inviting and nice. The quality of our room was exceptional.

Normally We would have rated this as a #10 esrablishment. But two major drawbacks; one being the remote supervisor and a very little flexible attitude, the second being that it was not possible to store the luggage for some few hours before our departure from Porto. The potential guest should also know that breakfast was not server on the premises but in a next door restaurant.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating all our requests and answering all our questions. The property is in a great location — not too crowded, yet conveniently close to all the main tourist attractions.

I thought we had booked a room with a balcony, as the photos on the booking site showed one for the room we selected. Unfortunately, our room didn’t have a balcony after all — it seems we hadn’t actually reserved one, so the photos were a bit misleading. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed an amazing view just by opening our window, so it all worked out in the end.

What a lovely and spacious acomodation. The view is right in front of the plaza and next to the metro. The room was super clean and the bathroom has a huge shower. The sound isolation was perfect, you couldn't hear any trafic outside. Water and coffee was even provided and they cleaned the room and gave fresh towels on the second day.

The door to the bathroom needs to be replaced, it doesn't slide anymore and we had a small moment of funny panic trying to open the door with me trapped inside. I also though from the pictures we would have a small varanda, so maybe it's best to have that clear in the room description next time.

The room was absolutely lovely and the location is bang right in the centre of the city. I will definitely recommend the place for anyone visiting Porto and will sure book again when next I am visiting.

Room was very clean. Large enough for a city break, bathroom facilities were superb. Excellent breakfast delivered to the room. Despite no physical reception on site, responsive to WhatsApp messaging was consistently instantaneous. Staff were excellent.

Bathroom door didn’t close properly (had to lift it to close it and stop it shuddering)… but wasn’t a problem. Above a bar (?) playing loud bass music from 11pm until 2am for the three nights we stayed. But didn’t disturb sleep too much.

Loved the excellent location, just 5 mins from Trindade Metro to travel to the airport and walking distance down to the river and main sights in the city. Super room, which was secure, as a lone traveller, comfortable bed, great shower/bathroom. They'd just introduced a new service of bringing the breakfast to your room, which was handy and that I looked forward to each morning. Excellent range of breakfast items- so much but hard to resist. And beautifully presented, it felt like a treat. All round, a fantastic place to stay in Porto.

Hard to fault this place, just small things: The front of the building can be difficult to find; don't look for number 262 like I did, it's actually number 309. Breakfast is served between 8-10am but would be good to have the option of an earlier breakfast as I like to be up and out early on a city break to make the most of the day. Also suggest giving guests an option of not having their towels replaced every day to be more eco friendly.

The hotel is perfectly located on the 5th and 6th floor of a building. Clean room with a good AC. There is also a coffee machine, a fridge and a safebox. The beds were comfortable. The water in the shower was hot and got hot very fast. We booked a room with a breakfast and breakfast was really good. It was delivered to our room on a cart and included Scrambled eggs, deli meat and cheese. 2 small jars of jams, nutella,butter, pastries, freshly squeezed juice and a bottle of milk, fruit salad, apples. Definitely will stay again. Thank you

Fantastic location, in the heart of Porto, right next to public transports. Very easy commute from the airport. The entrance of the building isn’t so easy to spot, there is a small golden sign next to it as it shares the building with other private apartments/businesses. The room is very clean and comfortable with all the requirements for a lovely stay (TV, coffee machine, kettle, minibar, microwave, heating/air con). The bathroom is the best bit! There is no reception, although they are reachable over the phone/text and pretty prompt. The housekeeper is really kind and helpful, she speaks English too.

Location, service, cleanliness, hospitality, all far exceeded expectations

Down point was that I haven't received the secondary email with the indications for check-in as mentioned in their first email after booking success notification. I had to search for the contact on their website and ask for the infos I needed. Also, the number provided on the website and on their first message wasn't also working. After contacting the team via WhatsApp all the personal were great and very on top of everything. Will come back for sure! Great value for money, accommodations and location above all.
