I just came back from Rome, me and my friends stayed at this hotel. Everything was excellent, the staff is really kind, they provided us with everything we needed. Clean bedding, clean room, clean bathroom, hot water in unlimited quantities. Espresso machine. Unfortunately, our room did not have a balcony, but it was our fault, because we did not mention in the reservation that we wanted a room with a balcony. Everything is very close, the colloseum is 2.1 km away, we walked the whole time, so there is no need to use any public transport in this city, because you would miss out on seeing so much. Two restaurants are 50 meters from the hotel, so you can always have breakfast there. All praises, 10 stars from me on the review 🙌🏻

I had a great experience at Rate Hotel Pisa! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Roma Termini train station, which was perfect for us since we had to travel by train early in the morning. The hotel features a lovely yard where you can relax, and our room had a nice balcony that added to the charm. That said, it offers excellent value for the money, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers. With all major attractions within easy walking distance, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

However, I did notice that the overall cleanliness could be improved; some areas felt a bit neglected, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the rooms could benefit from some renovations to update the decor and fixtures, as they felt a bit dated.

The room was simple and comfortable. It is about 8 minutes from Termini station and about 25 minutes from the Colosseum. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.

The room was in the basement and it hasn’t got any natural light.

The room was very clean, and it's provide all the comfort you need for travelling around Roma, and the hotel has a garden, nice place to have a sit, having lunch. The location is good too, it's very close to the train station, and just walking distance away from colosseum. The neighbourhood is very lively, good supermarket within 5 mins.

The location near Termini train station was good for us and also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was lovely and clean..nice size bed for ourselves and the grandson single bed..thermometer was large with nice large window...the sink and shower had nice hot water.staff were nice and polite..with a 24/7service. There is also a lovely garden with ample seating and shelter.....nice out the way erea with a 18 minute walk from Termini Roma station which was from the airport and so obviously convenient for the return trip. Location was so convenient for us...with plenty of cafes and restaurants which were affordable...BUT EXPLORE THE SIDE STREETS TO FIND THEM.and you won't be disappointed.. There's no fridge in room but there is a sharing large fridge outside with a drinking 💧 water dispenser and hot water. The metro station is close by ..with 2 station close by to choose from. Best buy travel card....trains are manic but easy to navigate

Maybe a bit petty but no English channel..would be nice to of had an option of Netflix or you tube .

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night it was very good and pleasant stay with all we needed the hotel has private bathroom and shared as well would recommend to book a room with toilets as it would be comfortable and it was clean and comfortable beds. The hotel let us check in 2 hours before the checkin time

We stayed in the ground floor even though we had wifi but it wasnt working and you wouldn’t get any phone signal that was the major drawback

Location is very close to everything I want Market ,traffic, restaurants

There is no hot water in the room to drink coffee I should go to the reception to help me but they're very helpful

We went there with our family. Everything was ready upon our arrival. Rooms were clean and check in was very smooth. Room was big enough for 3 of us. They even provided special bed for the baby. Stuff was very polite and helpful. There was a small nice garden which we had an access to. Location is great. It is just 7-10 min. away from Termini station. The place is worth what we paid for. I would definitely revisit there.

Key factor for me to choose this place was the walking proximity to Termini station. Considering this, I find this hotel a great value for money. Single room is quite small but had all I needed for my one-night stay. I was also lucky to get a view of the old temple ruins from my room (I’ve got the one on the third floor). Very warm welcome at the reception. Bonus: legendary Gelateria Fassi is just a 5 min walk from the hotel.
