This is a really lovely, quirky little hotel in a really convenient location and, despite its central location, there was minimal noise disturbance from traffic. The rooms are decorated in an old-fashioned but interesting way and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We arrived early, around 11.30 am and were given a warm greeting. We were pleasantly surprised that our rooms were already ready and so were able to fully check-in and take our luggage to the room. The bathroom was spacious, compared to some hotels and the shower was really good. The room temperature was acceptable and easily controlled by the air conditioning. Also it was nice to have a small window to open. We had some drinks late in the evening on our return to the hotel, as well as a good quality breakfast the following morning, although this was quite pricy.

I was quite surprised, when settling the final bill to see that a 12.5% service charge had been added to all food and drink items. Considering that my husband had to help the girl behind the bar open a wine bottle as she didn't know how to, and we were sitting two paces away from the bar, what were we paying for?! In addition, adding a service charge to breakfast means that if you had a a full English with just one hot drink each, once service is added, you are paying around £25 per head, which I believe is quite steep, even for London. I've checked back on the Booking.com website and can't see any mention of the service charges. I don't think I've ever been charged for service at any other London hotel in this way.

This is our 2nd time staying at Zetter Marylebone. The location is perfect - central to the tube, shops and parks. The hotel is just off busy central streets - so retains a small neighborhood feel. Loved the variety and quality of small restaurants close by. Staff was genuinely attentive. the decorative style of the rooms and amenities feels like you are staying at your old moneyed uncle's London Townhouse. Well thought out elegant touches of new and antique furniture and artwork.

I wish I could stay longer!

If you are looking for a quirky quiet, peaceful hotel in central London - this is you. Rooms comfy and plush, staff great - friendly, helpful, just the right amount of involvement. A lovely downstairs 'parlour' to boot. You can walk everywhere - Hyde park 5 mins down the road. Deluxe room has a queen bed - ok for me - no good for my other tall fam members. Would need a king. Breakfast ok but hey this is London - not Asia. If you want a quiet chill this is place.

The bar closes on Sunday.

Very pretty townhouse close to Marble Arch and Marylebone Lane. We walked everywhere we wanted to go: Soho, Mayfair, piccadilly, St. Jamres´s, Regents park and all the main high streets in Central London. The decor was eccentric like old London meets old Paris. Our room was so pretty with a four poster bed, large bathroom with a good shower and bathtub. When we checked in on a cold, rainy day in January the fireplace was lit, so cozy. All was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing we disliked but just a couple of pointers to management. We were there in January so it was cold, wet and overcast outside. I would have loved to see candles in the dining room and bar. On Saturday afternoon we were having food and wine in the sitting room and as it was gloomy outside, we asked if the fireplace could be lit but were just told no! Bit of a shame. The staff could have been a little more interested, they seemed a bit stressed but nothing to serious, just an atmosphere thing. :)

Fantastic room with amazing facilities. Huge bath and excellent shower. Great location and close to great shops and places to eat. Lovely staff and so friendly.

We stayed in a suite which was luxurious and had everything including an old record player. Beautiful bathroom with all mod cons. The only item not included in the room was a television which seemed unusual.

The hotel should inform about the bed size for usual rooms, on booking.com. it was really tiny for a couple, around 130cm. Hotel said that it is usual queen bed but anyway it should be mentioned in room details.

No breakfast this time but have been happy before. Staff friendliness and relaxed atmosphere are biggest selling points. Bar crew was fantastic this time around (I had my first proper Pegu Club this side of the Nile as a matter of course!!)

One item is sort of obvious that the area/corridor for reception/guest greeting is too narrow. When guests arrive with luggage the entrance for others is blocked. Though I do realise it is not an easy fix

The most helpful staff and lovely feel to the place, with wonderful cocktails in the cosy bar! It feels as though you've been welcomed into someones house. It's located right behind Oxford street and a couple of minutes walk from the nearest tube. The room temperature was perfect and easily changed, the bed was SO comfortable, the bath was deep and large, the shower was powerful with the toiletries really nice too. I can't wait to go again!

Loved the place, it has a really nice atmosphere, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was a good size for central London, and little touches like biscuits on the bed and inclusive bottled water were really nice. The location is great too, near Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, lots of cafes and shops, we’d happily stay again.

This isn’t just an issue here, it’s very widespread, but why do hotels only do a fixed price breakfast when some people don’t want a lot? For me the coffee shop down the road wins when I’d happily eat at the hotel if it was a la carte like every other meal.
